**Harika Bir Konaklama – Şiddetle Tavsiye Ediyorum!** Otele vardığım andan itibaren personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her zaman yardımcı olmaya hazırdılar. Oda geniş, temiz ve güzelce dekore edilmişti, rahat bir konaklama için ihtiyacım olan tüm olanaklara sahipti. Konum mükemmeldi, her şeye yakındı, bu da bölgeyi keşfetmeyi kolaylaştırıyordu. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi, her sabah çok çeşitli taze ve lezzetli seçenekler sunuyordu. En çok dikkatimi çeken şey, personelin detaylara gösterdiği özen ve gerçek ilgisiydi. Gerçekten de evden uzakta bir ev gibi hissettim. Kesinlikle geri dönerdim ve rahatlatıcı ve keyifli bir konaklama arayan herkese bu oteli tavsiye ederim!

Otelin bariz bir tabelası yok, kapıdaki park alanı da çok dar. Dairede önce ön büroda check-in yapmanız ve ardından bagajınızı birinci kata koymak için karşı tarafa gitmeniz gerekiyor. Odanın penceresi yok, tuvalet de gizli bir güvenlik görevlisi ve kanalizasyon kötü kokuyor. Sonuçta İzlanda'daki en kötü geceydi. Ön büro hizmeti yaklaşımı çok iyi. Ancak, rezerve edilen tek yatak odalı dairelerin tümü aşağıdaki birinci kattadır. Asansör yoktur, bu nedenle bagajınızı aşağı taşımanız gerekmektedir. Highlights & Service The staff's attention to detail was a defining feature. Following an advance notification, the hotel upgraded our room and decorated it with ”Happy Birthday” balloons and a complimentary bottle of non-alcoholic fizz—an incredibly generous and much-appreciated gesture that demonstrated top-tier customer care. Comfort and Amenities The rooms are consistently clean and modern. A practical benefit is the availability of free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the reception area, which is perfect for warming up after a day of exploring Iceland. Food Experience The breakfast is superb. It offers high-quality ingredients, great variety, and is clearly set up to cater to all dietary needs, complemented by genuinely great coffee. Location and Verdict The location is ideal—it’s friendly staff are helpful, and it’s not too far to walk to the main town area, balancing accessibility with a slightly quieter setting. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Even saw whales in the bay, amazing!

Hotel stay and check-in staff is friendly and helpful. However, the staff who on early morning duty(28.11.2024) rude and cheated on us for flybus arrival time. He booked us a taxi to main station, pretending the flybus pick up was late and he don't know what happen,I've booked for flybus hotel pick up, when he knew flybus pick up time is usually within 15mins(I've confirmed this with FLYBUS staff, they told me hotel staff usually know about this). Never believe this front desk staff (didn't get his name but I remember his on duty time/date). I think the hotel should look into this matter seriously.

We are here as tourist. The hotel is not at downtown. We took bus to travel around. The bus system is convenient. Though the hotel belongs to a high class hotel group but the room quite basic. No amenities are provided. Not much eateries or shops are around the area. Hence we took bus to those places. The hotel lobby is nice.

dark and full of thieves. MAYBE DONT KEEP ANYTHING IN THE REFRIGERATOR. not sure how my things got stolen as they were packed in the back and not visible. was it the cleaning staff checking every item and label? did they decide to take it? was it a traveler, and because there's no CCTV they thought it'd be okay? i thought in iceland people would keep the cultural system of no crime. so this is a warning and also this experience (at the end of my stay) doesnt affect my overall opinion of the hostel (which i formed before having things stolen). the atmosphere is overly dreary and depressing. the most colorful thing is the mandatory rainbow flag that almost every business in the area seems to have on display (is it part of an extortion racket?). low light everywhere, even in the sleeping room when you need to be able to see and find things. the room had only one small window and only a tiny opening for fresh air outside. no air circulation or ability to adjust the room temperature. the room was cramped and the beds squeaked and creaked at the smallest movement. sheets were clean and no bugs were seen. so that is a plus! the interior and decor in the hostel is odd. it felt like a waiting room in the afterlife for people who led lives of honest vice and subversive transgression, or maybe it's best described as a purgatory for designers with perpetual Seasonal Affective Disorder. this probably suits most people interested in the general icelandic vibe, so it is appropriate. no ability to make a deposit for a lock for the lockers in the room. you must purchase an overpriced lock. finally there are no smiles on any workers who speak in monotone and seem bothered whenever you ask a question, as if they had been interrupted, as if it werent their job to assist customers, and as if i were dumb for asking a question.

Overall, it was okay. The receptionist was nice, and the facility was quite good as well. However, please note that parking is limited. If you arrive too late, you may need to park outside, where payment is required until 9 PM.

Otel, Rainbow Caddesi'ne sadece çeyrek saat yürüme mesafesinde, iyi bir konumda yer almaktadır. Üç günlüğüne aile odası ayırttık ve iç alanı oldukça büyüktü. Resepsiyonun beni içeri alması uzun sürdü. Bana 444 numaralı odayı verdiler. Resepsiyondaki adama bunu değiştirebilir miyim diye sordum ama hiç düşünmeden hiçbir seçenek olmadığını söyledi. Bütün odaların dolu olduğunu söyledi. Sinirlenerek ona booking/Ctrip'i gösterdim ve platformda hangi odaların satıldığını sordum. Sonra, ”Bir saat sonra gel” dedi. Bu hizmetten hiç memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltı güzeldi ama orada çok fazla insan vardı, Avrupa ve Amerika'dan gelen yaşlı gruplar ve mekan kalabalıktı.
