"Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality."

"Otelin sınırlı sayıda park yeri vardır ve rezervasyon yapılamaz (ilk gelenin kullanım önceliği olan otoparklardır), Japonya'nın altın haftası olduğu için yakınlardaki diğer otopark hizmetleri kalabalık insan tarafından işgal edilmektedir. Otele 3,5 km uzaklıkta en yakın otoparkı bulduk. Altın haftada taksi olmadığından otele yürüyerek dönmek zorunda kalıyorum. Lobi 13. kattadır. Bu bir tramvay arabası ya da bagajlarımızı taşımak için kullanılan herhangi bir şey değil. Oda küçük olmasına rağmen 20 m x 20 m boyutuna yükseltildik. Temiz değil. Odamızın zemini tozla kaplandı. Futonlarımızı hareket ettirmek ve o tozu yaymamak çok zor."

"Starting with the positives the hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the station. It made travelling around very easy as the bus terminal is right outside. The staff are friendly and there was a variety of food for breakfast. The shower was super, despite the bath & shower looking old. On the downside, the hotel is very plain in the reception and in the restaurant - some colour or artwork would help to make it more appealing. We booked a double room but the bed was against one wall so someone had to clamber over the other to get out of bed. We were there for 3 nights and had to live out of a suitcase as there wasn’t a drawer or a shelf in the room!! Also the only hotel on our tour so far without a safe in the room."

"I had a comfortably pleasant experience at this hotel. The property is new, spotlessly clean, and situated in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls. Although the hotel has limited on-site parking on a first-come, first-served basis, there are plenty of pay parking options nearby, which put my mind at ease. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a thick mattress and two pillows – one firm and one less firm – to suit different preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!"

"I originally planned to stay for three nights and was very satisfied with my stay. However, due to unexpected circumstances, I asked the front desk around 3 a.m. on the last night to extend my stay by one more night. Since I made the request directly at the front desk (not through a third-party site), I believed it would be handled as a simple extension. The staff accepted payment, but only after that told me I would need to change rooms. I was informed that I could speak with the front desk again in the morning to arrange the room change. When I went to the front desk around 9 a.m., I was told there were no rooms available and that I would need to wait until 3 p.m. to check in again. I found this quite confusing — if that’s the case, it doesn’t really feel like a “stay extension.” In that case, I could have chosen another hotel. In the end, because I needed more time to pack, I was charged a 2,000 yen late fee. I understand hotel policy, but considering I had already paid to “extend” my stay, it didn’t feel very reasonable. I don’t mind paying, but the situation itself left me a bit disappointed."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Hotel Nikko Kanazawa I recently stayed at Hotel Nikko Kanazawa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s elegant atmosphere and warm hospitality. The location is perfect—right next to Kanazawa Station—making it extremely convenient for travel, dining, and sightseeing. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning city views both day and night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day of exploring Kanazawa. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their attention to detail truly elevated the stay. Overall, Hotel Nikko Kanazawa exceeded my expectations in comfort, service quality, and convenience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Kanazawa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium hotel experience."

"The hotel was really nice and well located, next to Kanazawa castle and a 5 minute bus drive from the station. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff was helpful and they offered so many extra amenities."

"The room is really good. Separate toilet and bathroom. The basin Is located outside of the bathroom. It's really convenient to wash my hands instead of going to the toilet . I walked from Kanazawa Station, and took about 30 minutes with my 2 pieces of luggage to reach Henna Kanazawa Hotel Karimbo. The two dinosaurs waited for me, but the helper was there to help . Thanks a lot. Closed to Lawson and Kanazawa castle. There is also a microwave waiting Infront of door lift."

"The hotel is conveniently located about 5-7 minutes from the Kanazawa train station and within 1-3 minutes of the Kanazawa Castle and Omicho market. We also visited Nagamachi and Geisha district which are 10-15 minutes from the hotel. The service of the staff was exceptional and so was the cleanliness. The hotel has a great ambience too. We enjoyed a 7 course dinner at the hotel restaurant which was delicious but overpriced.  Overall we had a great stay."

"Although the room is 19sqm, it was enough for 3 of us. The bathroom was a good size. The location was good, 15 min walk from kenroku-en. There was free flow drinks at the cafe from 4-8pm.. However, as our room was on 2nd floor, and next to the small lane, with many pubs, it was quite noisy through the night."
