"The stay was very comfortable, the hotel rooms were well-equipped, the hotel front desk service was very good, the hotel was clean and hygienic. The location of the hotel was satisfactory."

"It is a gem. The service is remarkable. We have issue with parking fine and do not know how to resolve it. They went an extra mile to find a parking warden to settle it for us. The hotel also has a lot of free service, even though we didn't have breakfast. There are free flow bread and spread and coffee and fruit juices and packet drinks for you, enough to fill your stomach. What's more, it is located just in front of the beach. Oh, last but not least, our room comes with a massage chair which is handy to relieve your aches from all the walking. Definitely going to go back if there are opportunities."

"Mükemmeldi çünkü otobüs terminaline yakın bir otel arıyordum. Banyo eski görünüyordu ama genel olarak temiz ve konforluydu. Check-in işleminden önce bagajımı bırakmak istedim, ancak ön büro benimle telefonla iletişime geçti, bu yüzden seyahat ediyordum ve telefon numaram yoktu, bu yüzden bagajımı bırakamadım. Giriş yaptığımda sahibi beni bekliyordu, bu yüzden herhangi bir sorun yaşamadan giriş yapabildim. Bana her şeyi İngilizce açıkladı, bu yüzden rahatsızlık hissetmedim."

"호텔이 리모델링 되어서 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 소나무 숲이 있어서 분위기도 좋았고요. 좁다는 리뷰가 있어서 3인 가족, 주니어스위트룸 예약했는데 무난하니 괜찮았어요:-) 아쉬운 점은.. 샴푸, 워시, 핸드워시는 있는데 비누or페이셜솝이 없고요.. 티비와 욕실이 방안에 있어서 방에서 아이 재우고 남편과 거실에서 맥주 한잔 하는데 티비를 못봐서 아쉬웠네요. 화장실 갈 때도 아이 깰까봐 조심스러웠고요. 그리고.. 아침에 샤워하려는데 따뜻한 물이 안나왔어요ㅠㅠ 4월, 기온 13도 정도였는데..ㅠㅠ 프론트에 연락했더니 ”어쩌죠.. 아이구 어쩌죠.. 보일러 고장 같은데.. 어쩌죠”라고 하시더니 보일러 고장이라고 기사 불렀다고... 몇 분 후 전화와서는 고치고 있다고 5분-10분 후에 사용하라고.... 이미 미적지근한 물로 세 식구 후다닥 씻었습니다.... 그 시간이 10시쯤이었는데.. 저희 방만 문제가 있었던 건지.. 프런트에서 모르고 있었는지.. 그 시간까지 해결이 안되어 있었네요.. 전반적으로 만족했는데 퇴실 직전에 기분이 그닥 좋지는 않았습니다.. 체크아웃하는데 ”불편하셨죠?”가 끝.... 네 불편했습니다...."

"주차공간도 있고 주차관리 해주시는 분도 친절하니 좋았습니다. 제가 예약할때는 시티뷰와 오션뷰2만원 정도 차이였는데 시티뷰도 나름 괜츈 했습니다. 객실도 깔끔하니 좋았는데.. 하나 욕조가 없어서 살짝 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ 토스트 조식이 기대 되긴 했는데.. 일찍 퇴실하는 바람에 먹질못하고 커피만 한잔 했는데.. 커피향도 좋고 이른 잠깨기에도 충분히 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 의향이 있어요"

"Its a pity that the upper floor rooms got occupied so we were assigned to lower floor and the room was facing n pretty close to a construction next to the hotel and so we were worrying abt the dust and noise and a bit disappointed with the ‘seaview’ outside the terrace… luckily the front desk lady offered us another room on the same floor facing the carpark instead so the sea is really just one car away and it feels so much better :] she even offer us to check the rooftop family that comes with jacuzzi but we didnt bring out swimsuits so its out of our consideration. The room is huge and the view is superb, except 1. it d be better if theres a door/curtain for the toilet/bathroom area for privacy and also noise isolation; 2. The fridge and rubbish bin are a bit too small for a family-sized guests; 3. Lacking racks/hooks to hang clothes and towels when u shower, a bit inconvenient… However everything else is awesome, they hv clothing disinfectant machine provided in the room, a giant size tv which is good for family, amenity kits come with most of the things u need including facial cleanser/toner/moisturiser. Theres a coffee machine and ice making machine at the lobby so u can het ur everyday coffee free. Also the public terrace on 10/f is super nice n chill with the sea view, its both nice both day n night, highly recommend! There are tons of restaurants mostly grilled meat/seafood dishes in the neighbourhood as its right next to the famous beach where ppl comes here for the yeonglidae pavillion, which looks nice at night! Space walk is also nearby. The locals all do their morning exercise walk by strolling along the seashore bare feet! Theres a shoe rack storage and feet washing facilities provided so u can come enjoy bare-foot walking in empty hands and leave clean and dry! Its a nice stay and i would recommend to others!"
