Симпатичные апартаменты. Все аккуратно, довольно компактно, если сравнивать с пятью разными апартаментами до этого отеля. Но оооочень влажно и душно. И совершенно не продумана история с дверью в туалет. Когда лежишь на кровати, которая находится прям рядом с дверью, в общем-то в щели видишь все действия сидящего на туалете) Ну и близость к воде: искупаться вы не сможете, вода мутновата и грязновата. Зато бесплатно дают каяки. В России это очень популярный отель, я знаю что забронировать место здесь очень сложно, для меня это было как навязчивая идея) Но на деле оказалось, что это не плохие апартаменты, но не стоят того что бы за них биться)

As it was our first time in the Seychelles, I was hesitant to book a bed&breakfast place for us but I decided to listen to the positive reviews - I am glad I did! The room is spacious and feels like home. It's spotless clean and has all one'd need for a no frills stay. What takes the experience to the next level is the view out of the balcony! one would be willing to hike for 2 hours to get to an outlook with the same view as you would get by simply stepping out side into the balcony! it's amazing! You will get a homy breakfast served to you on that same balcony with the that epic view, too! I strongly recommend this place. The owners' dedication to high standards of hospitality is truly impressive! Note: Rent a car! srsly! Don't take a taxi there. it's on top of a hill (that's how you get the epic view). The roads to the place it so steep even the car might struggle to go up the hill at points. You'd need a car to explore the area, go to the beach or restaurants anywhere. Also a note to the owner if they see this, I have an amazing drone footage of your property - happy to share it with you for your marketing purposes. I can only post pictures here.

Konumu gerçekten mükemmeldi, hem oturma odasından hem de yatak odasından Kuzey Körfezi'nin ve plajın açık manzarası vardı; otelin tamamında nadir görülen bir manzara. Odanın internet sitesinde 370 metrekare olarak ilan edilmişti ancak gerçek yaşam alanı 200 metrekarenin altındaydı. Geriye kalan alan avlu havuzunu, dinlenme alanı olarak yeşil bir alanı ve oturma odasının yaklaşık on metre dışında, alçak bitkilerle çevrili küçük bir alanı içeriyordu. Bu alanda ayrıca bir şemsiye ve iki şezlong vardı; belki de özel bir alan olarak düşünülebilirdi. Otel, kuzeyde ve güneyde iki plaj ve küçük bir yarımadayı kapsayan geniş bir alana sahipti. Düşük yoğunluklu villalar yamaçlara serpiştirilmişti ve 4.000 yuan'ın biraz üzerinde olan daha mütevazı birimler bile büyük villalar gibi görünüyordu. Otel, bitki örtüsü ve hayvan çeşitliliği açısından zengin, uçsuz bucaksız bir park gibiydi. Yaklaşık on dev kaplumbağa bir muhafaza alanında tutuluyor ve çimenlerde, sahilde ve yamaçtaki yeşillikler arasında çeşitli küçük hayvanlar görülebiliyor. Ana restoran, okyanus manzarasının keyfini çıkarırken yemek yemenize olanak tanıyan çeşitli bölümlere ayrılmış devasa bir alan. Menü, tipik bir beş yıldızlı otelin menüsünü aşacak kadar kapsamlı. İlk günümüzde akşam yemeğinde kırmızı ton balığı carpaccio ve beyaz, ne olduğu belirsiz bir sashimi yedik; yemekler bittiğinde bunları yeniliyorduk. Sonraki iki gün ton balığı bitti ve yerine yine çok lezzetli olan kırmızı ve beyaz karidesler aldık. Otelde ayrıca birkaç Fransız, İtalyan ve Japon restoranı da var, ancak damak tadımıza uymayan bir şey sipariş etmenin garip olacağını düşündük, bu yüzden daha geniş bir seçkiye sahip olan ana restoranı tercih ettik ve sürekli orada yedik. Tüm bu restoranlar, yemekle birlikte sipariş verdiğiniz sürece ücretsiz. Otel hizmeti mükemmeldi. Bize özel bir uşak atandı ve tüm isteklerimiz hızla karşılandı. İçme suyu hemen teslim edildi. Avluya girdiğimizde sadece dört yetişkin bisikleti gördük ve çocuk bisikleti istedik, ancak bir tane daha bulduk. İçeri girdiğimizde oturma odasında ikram şampanya ve pasta, yatakta ise şapka, tişört ve atkı gördük. Sonrasında, her gün oturma odasına büyük bir pasta bırakılıyordu. Plaj havluları kullanımdan hemen sonra kaldırılıp temizleriyle değiştiriliyordu. Genel olarak, Constance Hotel bize unutulmaz anılar ve beklentiler bıraktı.

Düşük maliyetli performans Seyşeller için otel tesisleri fena değil, ancak hizmet ortalama. Asyalı görünümlü resepsiyon personeli soğuk. Saat 14:00'te geldik, çok yorgunduk, ancak personel otelin check-in'in yalnızca 15:00'te mümkün olduğunu ve pazarlık için yer olmadığını vurgulamaya devam etti.

Великолепный вид с балкона! Пляж рукой подать) Милый персонал. Чисто! Малолюдно. Из минусов: Полы в номерах их кафеля. Из-за этого все время как будто грязно или мокро. И при этом вода в стеклянных бутылках, мы были с детьми - не особо безопасно. Душ только верхний, лейки нет - не очень удобно. Плохо работает вентиляция и очень влажно из-за этого.  Но в целом, нам очень понравилось.

Проживали в отеле 6 дней. Номер был на 2-м этаже. Лифта нет. Лестница крутая и большая. Для женщин с тяжелым чемоданом очень не удобно. Персонал приветлив через раз. Хозяйка отеля была абсолютно не приветлива. Типа как хотите, так и поднимайте. В номере есть все необходимое. На кухне можно и разогреть еду, и не замысловато приготовить. Удобный широкий балкон. Приятно посидеть за чаем или другим напитком. Для детей есть раскладушка оформлена под кровать. Убираются каждый день.

Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. Stayed four nights. For the price paid, the hotel falls short in some important aspects: 1) Wifi Absolutely inadequate. Consistently so slow (averaging about 1.5 Mbps on several speed tests) to be nearly unusable. Moreover, it requires login and password every time and frequently disconnects. Absolutely unsuitable to get any work done; even checking emails takes forever. 2) Staff and service Some (fortunately not all) of the front desk staff need an attitude adjustment, since they seem to have forgotten that their job is to assist guests, not blow them off. Many requests get the same answer: come back later or you need to ask someone else. Even when you report a problem with the room and they say it will get taken care of, nothing gets done. I had issues with the AC remote in my room, whose screen went blank the second day I was there, rendering it useless. I called to have it fixed (I thought it just needed new batteries, although it wasn't the case) and it took two calls and nearly an hour. The next day the new remote also died for no apparent reason (I didn't drop it or anything). Since I was leaving the hotel at 06:30 for a day trip, I asked them to take care of it while I was gone. When I returned 12 hours later, nothing had been done. Fortunately, some of the staff are actually helpful, like a man who found me an air-conditioned area to work on my laptop for a couple of hours after check-out while I was waiting for my ride. 3) Breakfast While there was a reasonable selection, quality was lacking - especially the croissants and pastries, which were stale and soggy. The property is located on the beachfront and provides great views especially at sunset. There is no elevator and the overall upkeep of the property leaves a lot to be desired. Soundproofing is lacking, and some guests are quite loud when they return to their rooms late at night. My room was dated but reasonably clean and functional. Comfortable bed and pillows. Amenities included electric kettle and mini-fridge. Power sockets are located only by the desk; there aren't any by the bed. Bathroom with everything in working order and standard toiletries. Upon arrival (late at night), there were only bath towels and no hand towels. Overall the place has potential, but it needs renovation, better staff training and much better wifi to be a viable option.
