"All hotel staff that we had contacted provided Impressive hospitality services. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel rooms are equipped with amenities, kettle, comfortable bed, nice & clean. Very nice quiet beach. We will definitely return back."

"ห้องน่าจะทำความสะอาดแค่พื้น ส่วนอื่นไม่สะอาดเลยกระดาษชำระในห้องเปลี่บนใหม่ให้แต่ชื้นๆ แฉะๆ ทิชชู่ในห้องไม่มี ยุงเยอะมากๆๆๆๆๆ ในส่วนของพนักงานโรงแรมก็สุภาพดีค่ะ พนักงาน front พูดจาดี สุภาพและให้การช่วยเหลือดี โซนห้องอาหาร พนักงานแทบไม่สนใจอะไร และแมลงวันเยอะมาก แมลงวันตายในข้าวต้ม พนักงานยังไม่รู้เลยค่ะ"

"I stayed 2 night the one thing that I dislike is “ Cockroach “ in my room. There are many cockroaches 🪳 that I found since first day one fly to my face but I think that ok. Second night after I woke up I found it beside my bed and when I went to take a shower I found 1 in shower room then after that my bf went to the terrace also found 1. Omggg 😱 I already reported to receptionist when I checked out about this issue I hope the hotel will improve and solve this problem because it make me scared and feel a bit bad. About service still be okay for me. Breakfast also variety of food and fresh."

"ขออนุญาติ แนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุง แต่รอบหน้าก็ไปใหม่💕 ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก มีทะเลติดโรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำติดโรงแรม แต่สิ่งที่อยากจะแนะนำคือ -สระว่ายน้ำเด็กไม่สะอาด เพราะเศษต้นไม้ตกใส่ตลอดมีฝุ่นเยอะในสระน้ำ -ทางเดินในโซนวิลล่ามีต้นไม้ที่มีเศษไม้ที่กลายเป็นเสี้ยนทำให้ ทิ่มเท้าทั้งเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ -ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสระอาด ห้องน้ำได้กลิ่น -อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย -สุดท้ายก่อนกลับมีตะขาบตัวเล็กเข้ามาหลบอยู่ตกกระเป๋าเดินทาง ซึ่งลูกนั่งเล่นตรงนั้น โชคดีมากที่ลูกไม่ได้จับมัน รู้สึกว่าค่าห้องที่จ่ายไปไม่คุ้มเท่าไหร่คะ"

"Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part."

"Отель отличный! Бассейн большой, есть сауна. Номера чистые. Рядом есть неплохой бар/кафе. 7-eleven, Amazon Cafe - тоже недалеко. Если уж решили посетить этот район, то отель рекомендую. Бесконечная береговая линия, чистое море, очень мало людей. Только в выходные приезжают отдыхать тайцы: устраивают пикники на пляже и посещают многочисленные кафе со свежими морепродуктами. В общем, для тех, кто устал от шумной и многолюдной Паттайи и есть силы и возможность сюда добраться - стоит посетить. Два раза в день ходит небольшой автобус до/из Бангкока (ехать около 5 часов)"

Tayland Körfezi'ne bakan plaj manzarası ve gün batımı. Temiz tatil köyü. Havaalanından bu tatil köyünün bulunduğu Rayong'a 2 saat 28 dakika yolculuk. Sessiz ve güvenli, tenha bir yer. Kesinlikle geri döneceğim."

"This condo is good and the service is good. I had to check out early for personal reason and they agreed to let me pay only the night i stayed. Much recommended. Be aware that you will need a transportation tho since the area is not covered by grab."

"เป็นโรงแรมที่เพิ่งรีโนเวต ไม่ใช่โรงแรมใหม่ อุปกรณ์ในห้องก็ปรับปรุงหลายจุด แอร์ใหม่ เตียงใหม่ ทีวีใหม่ มีปลั๊กไฟ 4-5 จุดให้ชาร์ตแบตสบายๆ อาคารบางจุดไม่เรียบร้อย เช่น ลิฟท์ชั้น 3 เปิดออกมาแล้วพื้นไม่เรียบ โรงแรมติดทะเล เดินลงได้ มีสระว่ายน้ำหลายสระ แต่บางสระเก่าไม่น่าเล่นน้ำ จุดเด่นคือห้องพักแบบอาคาร มีเตียง 5 ฟุตสองเตียง มีโซฟาเบดด้วย"

"The room we get is very nice and huge has 2 bathrooms. The beach is also very beautiful with a lot of lovely peacocks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Actually we want to relax here as I read a lot of reviews many people say the island was very beautiful and quiet not busy but we had such bad luck. The other group makes noise all the time too loud. Staff apologies about it. I like everything here since I took the boat until I went back. Accept at that time I went too busy and annoyed very much."
