"The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle. This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property"

"Although the hotel is still quite new, the rooms already show a surprising amount of wear and tear. The cleanliness is okay. The location and breakfast were good. Only real minus was the parking situation. There's one lot for two hotels and definitely too few spots for all guests to find a spot. We had to park on the side of the lot in the driveway together with three other cars when we arrived in the night."

MMisafir KullanıcıRead Hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is classic and our Manor room was well appointed. We encountered two problems though. The front desk clerk was very short with us at checkin and seemed annoyed to answer our questions about valet parking. But, most importantly, our room was so very noisy at night. The walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation in the neighboring room. Also, the doors in our hallway closed with a loud bang every time a guest closed their door. It was one of the worst nights of sleep we have ever encountered in a hotel. At checkout the clerk did not greet us except to ask if we wanted our receipt printed or emailed. No “How was your stay?” was asked. We chose not to complain to her at checkout as she didn’t seemed concerned about us as guests.

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not match our prior experiences with this chain: par example, orange juice dispenser was broken with no other option of getting the juice, no normal hot breakfast options - only very dry sandwiches (likely due to multiple reheating), only one type of over-sweetened yogurt from dispenser, no decent pastry

The service staff were all very friendly. We had a good stay at the hotel. However, there was one thing which was unsatisfactory. The tap was too near to the edge of the sink so it was quite difficult to wash hands in it.

JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

EETSingIt is cheap and near to highway but from downtown. This hotel is near to Ruby Falls. Free breakfast provided but the time is too short from 6 to 9am. We didnt manage to try this hotel breakfast. Indoor pool is good the temperature just nice.

But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

MMisafir KullanıcıI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
