Easy access from the Hwy 400. Eating places a short distance away. Great place to stay traveling through.

Everything about the stay was good except the pillows. they were small and lumpy and made it difficult to get comfortable

Newer furniture. Not run down.

In 3 minutes it took to check out and go back to room for something maid just made bed and maybe a clean or refilled used towelwithout changing sheets and called it good for next guest- I wonder how many times the sheets I slept on were charged prior to me sleeping in bed if at all.

I spoke with ******* on the phone to change the reservation dates. They sent me an updated itinerary. But when I was ready to check in Best Western notified me they didn't receive any change in dates. Miscommunication somewhere. I WAS able to get a room for the night.

Nothing special about this hotel. We wee on route home and this was a half way point so we decided to stay overnight. As we checked in, we could hear extremely loud noise from next door property. Room was average, nothing special. What was extremely disappointing was the breakfast. We were the first ones at breakfast and all the hot food was lukewarm. They had cereal but no milk. You would think that being the first ones at breakfast, you would get hot food. If we are ever in the area again, we will bypass this hotel.

One of three brand name hotels in Parsons. Not a bad place to stay. It’s not as nice as the Holiday Inn but it worked. The front desk was friendly and fast. We left early so didn’t experience breakfast.
