It was a good stay, but rooms were ok, no vantilation, it was humid, but then too, it was ok for me,

The hotel was denied for check-in at last moment and it was a difficult night time. Without any information/intimation they denied for check-in. @10pm i was searching for another hotel in patiala

Staff are well mannered, very clean & pleasant stay, felt hygienic. Whenever i will be visited will try to stay there comfortably

Small size room suffocated room with dirty doted blanket & blocked seevrage. We ordered coffee & lassi both were tastless. Ac was doing autocut again & again. Bathroom was too small & we felt the worst experience of my life. There was overflowing seevrage water. We advice that nobody visit this hotel

New hotel ranjit. Have very. Bad staff. Who don't know how to treat with their customer. And. When i entered then they showed me room which was very uncomfortable and after i saw the room and request to change the room they said we have all rooms like this. After many time request they changed the room. But i am not happy with their service. Very bad experience. With this hotel. I will never stay in this hotel.

The service was terrible. Room was smelly, the cleaning lady blocked the sewer passage byt just dragging all the dust over the opening, the food was terrible, and any action needed multiple calls to get done. No hot water for bath. Breakfast was included in package but they obly served sandwiches and praratha as a free complimentary service dishes.
