The hotel was poorly maintained, and the wifi was extremely unreliable, forcing us to rely on our data throughout our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning broke down during our visit.
We contacted reception to request a room change, but were informed that none were available. Instead, they sent a staff member to inspect the issue. Unfortunately, the staff arrived while we were unprepared and hastily dressed. They attempted a quick fix, but ultimately called an electrician for assistance. This delayed our travel plans significantly.
When the electrician arrived, it was challenging to communicate our preference for him to return later when we were out. Language barriers compounded the issue, as their English proficiency seemed limited. Feeling uncomfortable with a stranger in our room while inadequately dressed, I decided to check out early and move to another hotel.
Upon checkout, another staff member offered to exchange our room, but by that point, I had already endured enough of the poor service and environment provided by this establishment. I would not recommend it to others.

Great Location from Hard Rock Hotel - as friends were staying there.
The Pool is amazing with the Bar rite there and they have a Pool Table and it shuts at 2230
Will surely stay there again .

I rented for 4 days and 3 nights. On the morning of the third day, I suddenly felt very hot. It turned out that there was a problem with the air conditioner. I complained to the front desk and sent engineering staff to inspect and repair it. It took 1.5 hours to repair and I was very disappointed.
