I made the reservation on 04/05/24 for the standard room with twin but when I got in the room, I have found that it was 1 bed room and when my friend open the toilet which found used tissue and hair cover in the toile! and for the bed seem have been sit before. On the table was set toilet tissue! Not napkins. so I would like to call to front desk but hotel phone couldn’t use so I used my own which no body answer! So I call to Trip.com customer care lady picked up the phone and I explained to her. She asked for 30 min to contact the hotel for me. After 15 min she have called to me that hotel will change the room for me and she asked me to contact front desk once again.
When I contacted them she said nothing! And give me the keycard for the new room with twin bed when I went to the room everything seem better but the refrigerator is not cold! and very bad smell!!!!
Should have training course for the staff, How to service the customer which not ignore and gossip colleagues and also focus on duty. Thanks
