The property was in a quiet area right off a busy and convenient road. The parking lot was very dark at night, so that didn’t feel safe, even though nothing else gave me that feeling. The beds were comfy, and the water pressure in the showers were great. Breakfast was very heavy on breads.

The evening service was terrible. When I checked in, I had a different room and there was leftover food left in the room and they they had no cleaning person. And etc

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. We called the front desk and got a curt reply the the hot and cold were hooked up backwards. Upon investigation under the sink there was a 12 inch diameter hole in the drywall exposing the plumbing. When I straightened the hose, black water ran out, then the hot water came out.

I stayed at this property for 2 months while I was working in the area
Overall it was a pleasant stay
Staff went above and beyond and were very friendly
The rooms are a little dated but they are working on renovating the rooms and lobby
My only complaint would be the breakfast
It wasn’t bad but it wouldn’t hurt to include some kind of potatoes

Room was not vacuum clean. Towels had hair strands on it. Restroom had leftover wall repair mounts under the sink and the sink was so high. Breakfast was okay and could be better. Had better service and breakfast at other same price hotels.

AC didn’t work at all. Toilet had a steady drain and never shut off. Overall I was very disappointed

The Room was very dirty, missing baseboards, Musty smell of mold...
Not enough towels to begin with.

The room itself was in good shape but the bathroom was a mess- big hole cut in the wall under the sink, excess amount of caulking around the toilet which was way too low to the ground, messed up finish in the tub.
