This is a small hotel, that offers a great value for money. It's simple, but offers everything I needed to spend a night: free parking, breakfast, a clean room with AC/Heating and ensuite bathroom with a hot water shower. & Friendly staff! The room was large enough for me and my wife and our two suitcases, had free wi-fi, local cable TV, and the AC is a modern hot/cold unit. The bed a comfy queen size with plenty of pillows. It was clean, and had two bath size towels in a sealed bag, together with a complementary soap and shampoo sachet... Very simple, but welcome. Everything worked well too. The ensuite bathroom had a hot water shower, which was nice to wake up in the morning, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was also nice: fruits, bread, cheese, scrambled eggs, juice, cake, and of course coffee. I chose the hotel as I had a car, and needed a budget hotel that offered a good night's rest, breakfast and free parking. I got what was promised, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, and they Park the car and collect it for you, in a private nearby parking lot. Kudos to the Westphal hotel in Pelotas RS!

O atendimento pela equipe do hotel foi maravilhosa. O quarto que recebemos era uma kitnet antigamente, então tinha traços do que foi outrora, o que não deixava um quarto belo, mas tudo estava muito limpo. Passamos apenas uma noite, mas fomos muito bem recebidos.

Atendimento maravilhoso 24h por dia! Quarto muito confortável, café da manhã bem variado e horário bastante amplo. O hotel fica no centro próximo a tudo. Tudo muito bom, recomendo!

Apesar de ser uma escolha aleatória, fomos surpreendidos pelo atendimento primoroso, um cafe da manhã farto e delicioso, o quarto apesar de simples, era confortável e espaçoso. Bem localizado, com estacionamento próprio. Se necessário estacionamento facil na rua. Proximo a bons restaurantes e a bares movimentados.
