The pros : only large hotel in Pemba The cons : getting worse and worse after year, due to lack of maintenance and staff. Even cleaning is below expectations. No light in the passage giving access to the bedrooms during power outages. At the time of our arrival, the system to issue key cards was off and we had to get a security staff to walk to each room with the master key.

the accomodations, the food and the people was completely owesome, we The spectacular location next to Pemba Bay makes it a good place for work and leisure. breakfast is served with all the refinement possible, allowing you to start the day in the best possible way.

Located with sea view, the Avani is ones of those Hotels that I would recommend to anyone visiting the city of Pemba. We had a great time and the staff treated us very well and we fill pumped. The breakfast at Restaurant Quirimbas and variety of food was wauuuuuu, we enjoyed the Club Naval and its facilities. We will be back.

This hotel is located on the beach, lagoon side. Very nice bar and restaurant where you could find any kind of drinks or food. You can also choose for room service at any time of the day. Very safe place for short or long stay. Great staff either for housekeeping or at the restaurant.

The fact that you remembered the birthday and organized a cake shows how you attend to the smallest details but which matter to the clients. Keep it up. The room service is also well organized, cleanest of the room is fantastic.

Só aconselho a diminuir o preço da cerveja nacional . A limpeza está boa Os apartamentos estão com boa qualidade Só devem melhor nas casas de banho (água quente; a pressão do choveiro) A falha do wi-fi tem sido constante.

Conosco questo hotel da anni ma non avevo avuto piu' modo di alloggiarci.Questa volta,anche costretta dalla situazione drammatica che sta colpendo il Nord del paese,ho scelto di fermarmi qui ,almeno per i primissimi giorni. La prima cosa che vorrei sottolineare e' il servizio davvero ottimo.Tutto lo staff e' sempre pronto a risolvere problemi ed ,in particolare ,il Sign Queha mi ha risolto un grosso problema egregiamente.Il wifi dell hotel non era funzionante ma dovevo impellentemente usare una connessione per lavoro .Il Sign Queha (che gia' avevo conosciuto a Pemba negli anni precedenti )mi ha fornito un router dell hotel e cosi' ho potuto lavorare per tutto il tempo del soggiorno.La mia camera era silenziosa e con la vista sul magnifico e curatissimo giardino.La struttura e' davvero bella.Basterebbe una manutenzione in piu' nelle camere e sarebbe tutto perfetto.Il posto e' incantevole,lo staff TUTTO encomiabile ,dalla sicurezza ,ai portes davvero tutti.Pulizia ottima negli spazi (meravigliosi)comuni alle stanze . Se ci fosse un po' di manutenzione in piu' nelle stanze ,farebbe impallidire gli altri hotels della zona.

Melhor experiencia, era comemoração de aniversario. Fomos jantar no Quirimbas, a decoração do quarto estava impecavel. recomendarei aos meus amigos e familiares para aproveitarem as facilidades que o Hotel disponibiliza!

Hotel de estilo árabe, deslumbrante e bem encostado ao mar. Hotel com vedação alta, devido a medidas de segurança, que limita o acesso direto ao mar e à praia. Existem umas portas de acesso, mas a diferença é abismal. A escolha da rede foi infeliz, quase fazendo parecer que se está numa prisão! Quarto espaçoso e com limpeza. Equipado com o necessário, mas sem cofre (pelo menos o que vi). Comida servida no Clube Naval de confeção normal e sem nada de especial! Serviço de colaboradores simpáticos, mas muito limitados na velocidade de servir. Tempo medio de espera pela refeição: 45min. Piscinas de água salgada e sujas. Sem tratamento.
