酒店房間不錯，小朋友加床需要加收，洗澡不太方便，水是鹹的，房間的浴缸手持花灑無法正常使用，帶的早餐差點意思

Myself and my partner stated here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Everything about this stay was wonderful, the team were proactive and could not do enough for us. The villa is in a perfect location, only minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Really could not recommend this place enough, the room and pool were clean, the in house spa and room service on time and offering exceptional service. 10/10 would fully recommend. Unfortunately there will only be limited photos of the villa just realised was enjoying it far too much to get more snaps.

Somewhere special indeed.
From the moment we were greeted by the wonderful staff to the moment we cried as we said goodbye. Everything was perfect.
If you are after a sterile 5 star experience then Avilla is not for you.
If you want to be surrounded by a beautiful peaceful environment with a private pool outdoor bathroom amazing food then this is it.
A most memorable stay for 8 nights.
Sure there are some small things one could pick on but these did not detract from our experience.
Chef Abdul cooked up amasing breakfasts dinners and afternoon teas.
Elyia looked after us extremely well.
And the rest of the beautiful wonderful team Eliya,Reny,yuli,Rizal,Rian,Abdul,Deni and Juni helped create a vacation we will never forget.
We will be back
We will recommend AVilla to anyone with confidence.
We love this place and will always carry it and the people there in our hearts.

From the moment we were greeted by the Beautiful Avilla staff we realised we were somewhere very special indeed The accomodation was a rustic charming peaceful sanctuary The exquisite food completed a memorable experience SENSATIONAL!

The Villa was great, staff were amazing, helpful and extremely friendly and they were the best part of the experience. The only adjustment I would suggest is bigger air conditioners for the Villa as it got a bit hot midday.

Very spacious room with private pool, outdoor kitchen equipped with kettle for tea or coffee, very spacious outdoor bathroom. The staff always attentive to our every need and request especially June, super nice and helpful

I really recommend Gili A Villa. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they made it the most special experience. The staff are the most hardworking and kindest people I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after you in every possible way. June was particularly amazing, serving our breakfast, changing our mosquito burner each night, helping us with small gecko issue and recommending where to go on the island. They will meet you at the harbour and carry bags to the villa and do the same when you leave. We wanted to open a bottle of wine with a cork and they went to the trouble or getting a drill and nail to get it out, because there was now corkscrew. Literally will do anything for you to have the best stay. We had excellent massages in the comfort of our room. The villa is really close to the beach where sunrise is. Honestly top class service and will definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. We loved the private pool right outside the room, loved the big spacious & luxurious feeling room, loved how clean things were & lived the wonderful staff, who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. The bed was very comfortable, as we're the pillows & the bathroom nice too. The air conditioning worked well & the huge TV was connected to Internet. its an easy 2-3 min walk to the best beach & the beachfront restaurants & about 5 mins walk to the heart of the tiny "town" shops & restaurants. If we come to gili Air again we would definitely choose to stay here again, only for longer next time..

It was a pleasure to come back every day to my villa. Considering it is an island, everything is perfect. Very nice and friendly staff. Good location, everything is close by. Spa, snorkeling, food. But for the price they could have given bicycles for free. Doors, sinks, light fixtures could be repaired. Be prepared that the tap water is a little salty. It is very comfortable to wait out the heat in the pool. The villa is very beautiful and cozy.
