A delightful property situated at the top of the old town with amazing views over both of the beaches. Lots of steps but arrangements are made when you arrive and depart to help with luggage and parking. The house is beautifully decorated with many personal touches. Owner Alicia is a warm and generous person who cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. Breakfast is a feast of homemade goodies and I won't spoil the surprise by listing it all! We had Suite 5 on the top of the house with a large balcony and sun loungers. The room was spacious with a great shower and essential air con.

Absolutely loved this hotel and so different and more sophisticated than anything else that we saw in the area. Located in the old town, Alicia and her family couldn’t have been more accommodating. Super clean, amazing breakfasts and lovely little touches such as Ritual toiletries. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place with beautiful hostess. Nestled in a cliff with amazing view of sea, cities and sunset, it feels like you are in the castle. The castle is behind you and castle walls between you and the water. The rooms and reception area were wonderful. Attention to every detail! Breakfast was made to order (omelets, breads, meat, cheese and fresh squeezed Valencia OJ) all with a breathtaking view. It is a bit of a hike uphill and a solid 10 minute walk to where you can park. We took what we needed out of our suitcases so we didn’t have to drag them up the hill. Worth the hike!!

La estancia de fin de semana en Peñíscola ha sido maravillosa, en gran parte gracias al maravilloso hostal y equipo de Olvido 22. Alicia, Agustín e Isabel se esmeran por atender al viajero y no encuentro ni un pero al servicio, limpieza, decoración, excelente ubicación, etc que tiene Hostal Boutique Olvido 22. Si lo que deseas es un lugar con encanto… no busques más. Dirigido por una pareja perfecta de anfitriones que te deleitan con sus “pequeños detalles”. Gente humilde, generosa y servicial. Te sientes como en casa. Hasta las naranjas para el desayuno que exprimen delante de tí, son del huerto familiar. La habitación es, con vistas al mar (estuvimos en la numero 2), muy acogedora y con todos los detalles de un 5*. Lo dicho, como: “Alicia en el hotel de las maravillas”. Gracias.

Une très belle chambre d’hôte dans la vieille ville de Peníscola. Alicia et Augustin sont des hôtes extraordinaires qui n’ont d’autres préoccupations que votre bien être. La suite est magnifiquement décorée avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le petit déjeuner est royal: goutez la tortilla d’Alicia et vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer. En plus, le hotes mettent des fruits et de l’eau fraîche à votre disposition. Il y a également des prêts de parasol. Bref, tout est réuni pour une expérience hors du commun ! Merci !😘😍

Que decir de este maravilloso hostal...¡ Qué la pena es no tener dinero suficiente para ir, por lo menos una vez al mes!. Alicia, Agustín e Isabel nos han hecho pasar un maravilloso fin de semana en su precioso hostal. Limpieza excepcional y habitación con todo lujo de detalles. Y el desayuno...¡ MAMMA MIA!. Somos Pilar y Pepe de Valencia querida familia. Un abrazo.

Ubicación excelente y atención por parte de los dueños, mejor aún. En todo momento se preocupan de que estés bien y descanses. El desayuno lo sirven al momento y en la terracita que da a la calle, con vistas al mar. Como nota descatable que nunca me había sucedido, se preocupan de que puedas aparcar lo más cerca posible. En nuestro caso, dejaron su vehículo en el único parking cercano al casco histórico que es gratuito y cuando llegamos, retiraron su coche para aparcar nosotros y nos subieron en su coche. Las escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones son bastante anchas y la huella de los escalones también son adecuadas para los que tenemos un pie grande. Esto no es nada habitual en este tipo de edificaciones que son antiguas.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, hemos descansado en una habitación que parecía de cuento de hadas, detalles indescriptibles, los desayunos siempre a nuestro gusto, y los anfitriones Alicia y Agustín, que son la misma esencia de Olvido. Agradeceros la cercanía y la amabilidad de hacerlo todo fácil y confortable. Esperamos volver a veros pronto. Enhorabuena por vuestra profesionalidad
