Arriving around 12 midnight with my fellow for business purpose in penang. Check in was fast and smooth. It an old style hotel with good price. Room acceptable and Parking was free. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel location is convenience with eateries nearby, room is big and air conditioner is good, tv and furniture are dated, Car park a bit inconvenience which only allow to part at level 5 and above, in front of hotel have some public car park if do not want to drive up to level 5. Check in and out is fast and staff are good. Breakfast is simple, consider ok with this price range.

The breakfast is just nice and taste excellent. Can improve on room toiletries, no tooth brush provided. The room is big so place a bigger size table with two chairs.

Overall stay was nice and comfy! The room was clean though my only complaint is that the hot water in the shower isnt hot at all...

Had good stay and rest over the weekend for new year eve 2024 but it would be great if management could provide WiFi somehow in future others was 👌

My stay here is pleasant. I am satisfied and in future I will choose this hotel again. What makes my stay joyful is that the room is clean, normally I will have an uncomfortable feeling staying in another hotel but here I can sleep soundly (normally I wont get enough sleep in other hotels)
For breakfast here they offer freshly made omelette, halfcooked eggs. And all other choices are the same as the hotels breakfast menu.
Thanks to all the staff for this satisfaction. And, the soap for the shower is sooooo fragrant.

Hotel and room is pretty rundown. Should plan for refurbishing. Carpet smells badly. I’ll not be staying with this hotel anymore.

Spacious room but very smiley.. services 3/10. No hot water. Need to put parfum bfore guest cek in .. 🫣 overall ok la ..
