It is a very nice hotel, no question. Please keep in mind, that I am doing this feedback based on the prices per night, which was 260 €/night garden view for a single traveller. I was staying for 10 days, the hotel did not offer a special deal for long stays or from my perspective as well not for single travellers. So 260 a night for a 4 star hotel in Europe, this raises expectations. Breakfast was not included, could have been booked for 17.5 € per breakfast. I preferred the artisan bakery 150m away. Room was really beautiful as shown on the pictures. The design makes the room feel big. The bed was comfortable, but blanket and pillows were far too warm. Even with air-co, I could not manage to sleep perfectly fine. It is a preference thing, but for me the concept to have only one blanket on the big bed is not working. Coming back to the garden view, the view is to the car park. This is not a bad thing, but it is the truth, in the distance there is a view to the forest. The good thing on this room direction is the balcony had sun in the afternoon. Talking of which, the balconies are separated by wooden boards, by this you are not really having privacy as you can look through. And unfortunately, it is not dog proof for small dogs, as they can walk over to the neighbour balcony crossing under the wooden boards (approx. 20cm open space). As I was travelling with a dog fitting through and curious, this made me leave him inside. By the way, the dog costs 30 €/night. I always wonder, why you need to pay for the night and not for the stay. Do they clean differently on a daily basis, if a dog is in? At least they did not. For me as a dog owner it was challenging, to organize the dog around the room cleaning. As it was not sure, that if you are outside between 10:00-13:00, that the service made it, even with signage. 2 times, no cleaning and no fresh tea/coffee/water refill. The pool area is nice. It is bubbling all over the place. Not really for swimming, but for resting. The sauna area is nice (hamam, 40°C salt sauna, 60° and 80(?)° finnish sauna. A lot of people are not sticking to the hygiene rules (towel, water cleaning in hamam) and nobody is checking it. This is a bit uncomfortable, but if you know, you adapt your behaviour and not expect a "clean" place. And final mention on the TV: The TV resets every 1 hour. So watching relaxed a movie in the evening is not possible. This is actually a joke for a 4 star hotel. I am not going to complain about the TV channel offer, even so I didn't like it. Would you expect a 4star hotel to enable streaming? Yes for sure. But there is no opportunity to connect your devices with the TV to stream or even stream on the TV. So to sum it up: This hotel stay is too expensive for what is offered.
