Comfort Inn & Suites Perry National Fairgrounds Area

Was in town for 1 night and was quickly checked in by a very friendly front desk associate Amanda. The room was a little small for a suite, but very clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. I’d definitely stay here again if back in town.

Not a hotel if you are in a wheelchair. Had to move things around to get to the toilet. Also the bed was way too high for a handicap person to get in without help. TV was good as was the A/C. The shower was also good.

Traveling the week before Easter, people going to Florida for spring break, snow birds leaving Florida, hotels filled. I called ahead and spoke to Peggy who made our reservation. When we arrived the lobby was full, phone ringing and she handled it all with a smile. Great employee. Our room was clean, beds comfortable would definitely stay here again.

We checked into this hotel quite late heading back from Miami. There was only one room left and we were assigned room 215. Peggy, at the front desk, was wonderful and friendly. She took time to answer all of my questions and that was appreciated. The lobby and breakfast area looked inviting. It appeared to be rather clean. We headed to our room and started to settle in for the night. The room appeared to be clean and inviting. We ordered pizza because we were starving after being on the road all day. Then sat down to wait for our meal. As I was sitting at the desk, a small critter came out to see what I was doing. Followed by another and another. I looked at my husband and said “um, I’m pretty sure these are cockroaches.” We then looked around and they were in the drawers, under the fridge and behind the headboard. We quickly packed up and explained to Peggy that we would not be staying after all and she apologized and was so sorry. We are not upset, as the service was wonderful, we just want you to be an informed traveler. Those buggers are hard to get rid of if you bring them home and it was clear that the exterminator has been negligent on this property for some time.

As my title says , first time stay in area , travel over 200 days a year as a biochemist with center for disease control. , found property nice , cleanliness standards are totally in force , room was spacious, clean , and bed was comfortable, nice breakfast, what brings travelers back is not only the property, but the staff as well, want to reach out and thank Linda ( general manager) being so nice as well as understanding, and Amanda great hospitality and professional skills

This was a stop over on our way to Florida. Nothing fancy, but was clean. Pool was ok for the kids to burn off some energy. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, waffles, yogurt, juice and coffee. Nothing amazing but saves on stopping for breakfast somewhere else. Would stay here again.

Perhaps ok for the construction workers calling this home, but terrible for the rest of us. Dingy; spotty or nonexistent Wi-Fi (when I complained, they gave me the number of the Wi-Fi company to obtain a fix -- when has that ever happened in a hotel? It is so frequent an occurrence that the number is printed on the guide in the room!!); the worst breakfast bar in the seven weeks I have been on the road; noisy (literally wedged in between a busy road and the interstate, and the block construction does nothing to damper the noise); the clerk was asleep at 8am when I went down to complain -- and I went down in my PJs because the phone was dead; I could go on. I cannot believe that I thought this was a step up from the competitors within a stone's throw, and that I paid more than $100 for what was about a $70 room. Never again, Comfort Suites!

It was ok but the elevates were moving with out closing the doors. The rooms were not the best but they were good for the price. They do have good tea and coffee in the room and a coffee maker in the room there is a desk in the room but it is small and the chair in the room makes noisy
