It was the worst experience I had at a B.W. I've ever had... Room was smoked in and we had to go to the 2nd floor and we are hanging cap. Would not give us another room!

Very friendly people. The pillows had an odor to them. We found a live cockroach. Nevertheless, we were happy with stay.

Wasn’t bad at all. I would stay there again. Area seemed safe and quiet around the hotel. Room was clean. Be prepared for lack of toiletries though. Luckily I brought my own “extras” from other hotels. Restroom was clean, had hot water, mini fridge made noise intermittently. Breakfast was very lackluster. No meats at all. Either bacon or sausage would have been nice. At some point the hotels should just give up trying to serve one of these cheap o breakfasts. If they are not going to actually serve a breakfast, why even List it. Ended up buying a breakfast in town.

We always stay here when visiting family! Tim is so helpful when it comes to questions. The room is clean, and the breakfast bar is awesome! We checked in and were put on the second floor. We had lots of things to carry up the steps (no elevator) so the front desk staff found rooms on the first floor for us. Please fix the hot tub!!!!

Found bedbugs 2nd night there. Hotel very unhelpful regarding refund. Stay away.
