A prison! no AC so I roasted in my room, was locked in late at might when I wanted to go out, I was locked in my room by the cleaner, had to pay for breakfast. I can see why this place is empty in peak season, I can't imagine off season!

This place is for those who are looking for an authentic, personalized, genuine experience in the middle of medieval Perugia without paying a fortune. If you are looking for anonymous soulless rooms, standardized, impersonal service, air condition that refrigerates you etc, don't go here. We enjoy places that have kept their soul and aren't modernized into some unrecognizable standard that you can find everywhere. This place is run by the owner whom you get to know if you are friendly and contact him. Then he can tell a lot about Perugia and surroundings

While I would give this hotel three stars since it is badly in need of an update; 1970s bathroom plumbing etc .. it actually should get four stars at least for its kind and helpful staff. Any reception which has a bookshelf full of books for guest to read, is normally a good sign for me. The rooms are clean and the location is very good; but a warning to those who may have disability issues. It’s a steep walk up some stairs from the hotel to town’s centre but within five minutes (after the obligatory morning exercise up those stairs), you’re right in the middle of Perugia. Hotel breakfast is very minimal; coffee, cornetto and juice; the assumption being that you will seek breakfast elsewhere in town. Would suggest to the owners that maybe they could add cereal or fruit to the menu. This is a well-run family-run business and if you’re looking for budget accommodation worth its value, then check out this hotel.

È stata un esperienza fantastica:io mio fratello e mia madre siamo venuti qui e ci è piaciuto un sacco: gli albergatori erano bravi e accoglienti:la colazione era buonissima e una camera molto carina con un letto morbido,unica pecca il bagno un po' sporco e l hotel un po' troppo piccolo ma del resto tutto perfetto

Piccolo hotel in centro, un po' difficile trovare parcheggio ma tutto sommato ho passato una notte tranquilla, la stanza molto semplice (ovviamente è un due stelle)il proprietario molto cortese e disponibile

Siamo stati benissimo, centralissimo, buona colazione, cordiali e professionali alla reception, prezzi ok. Andrebbe migliorata un pò la struttura datata ma non è semplice, perfette le camere per una coppia, troppo piccole per tre. Lo consiglio

Hotel molto carino e soprattutto accogliente,personale cordiale e molto disponibile.Camere con vista sul centro storico che è a due passi dall'hotel!! è stato un weekend davvero piacevole.. consiglio questo hotel vivamente 😉
