One World Hotel

Excellent location, there is walking path connect to the mall. Good breakfast and dinner. Room comes with complimentary mini bar. Will visit again.

my third stay this year at one world hotel.. 1utama is one place u can get everything and the hotel is quiet and cosy. we love the breakfast spread esp the new revamped outside seating area and we just love the bread pudding, truly one of the best!

Thanks for the room upgrade. Room are clean, environment is good, breakfast variety many. My kids love the kid's pool with slide. Overall is good. But the pillow have to improve, is not good, too flat.

We like staying at One World Hotel very much because it is very convenient, the hotel is very comfortable, the staff here are very polite and have high-quality service attitude.

Hotel room is nice but pillow a bit flat & need to improve as is 5 star hotel. Check in took a bit longer which should be prepared earlier for pre-book guest. Breakfast very good with variety of choices, which worth to take.

It was a much better stay than previously. Hotel upkeep is still great. Renovated dining area (Cinnamon) for breakfast with much more seating. I remember I used to see queues before in the past but with this renovation, that issue should now be solved. That said, I find the staff a little too enthusiastic with clearing if that could be a problem 😅 I only just laid down my fork before a staff zealously requests to clear my plate. I'm in no rush and would have liked to enjoy a quiet, slow breakfast and there's plenty of room on my table still so it was quite uncomfortable to be constantly asked or interrupted. In-room Dining: I ordered wagyu burger (RM58++) via in-room dining and it was good. The previous time it was dry and tasteless, came in separate pieces and looked nothing like the picture below. Last Sept it was the same as below too except with an extra patty. Seems like it's not consistent. Room: Clean, comfortable and still well upkept. The bed is firm enough and I love the pillows, so comfy! I wish I could bring home a set. -I wished they'd clean the scum/mold spots in the toilet where the shower head hangs. It's the same in my previous stays as well A spritz of chlorox would solve it easily. I think some bath tubs need replacing too. -An extra box of tissue for the room would be great as they only have it in the toilet. Gym: About 7 treadmills or so with 1 or 2 down. Full set of dumbells and 1 or 2 of each gym machine variations available too. Would be great if they could air the gym because of the strong new mat smell. Burned my throat a little especially since I was running and breathing hard. Some things I noticed: -They no longer provide a stationery set / welcome booklet /in-room dining menu. The way to view and order room service is via TV or call. -In-room dining payment is via card. You can still pay with cash but they'll usually have the machine them when they deliver. Unless you put a deposit, you can't charge to your room.

Very good 5 star hotel, with value for the money. With a fabolous club lounge facility for suite rooms and attached 1 stop mall for shopping.

One world hotel is my favorite place to stay in damansara. The location convenient next to shopping mall. Highly recommend if u plan to stay in Petaling Jaya
