Honestly the best Customer Service I have had this year in a Premier Inn thank you to Stefan and Martyna - from the minute we arrived excellent welcome and coordination of our requests. The checking in process was smooth and kids gifted on arrival. Stefan arranged so my room could be next to my brothers arrving the next day! Awesome stuff

My son and I were welcomed with a smile by Jade. She was so friendly, helpful and booked us in for breakfast, which I'd forgotten to do on my original booking. We felt so welcome. The room was massive and rigged our laptop up to the HDMI socket for the TV, which I have never seen in any other hotels. What a great idea. The Brewers Fayre is attached to the hotel and you can walk straight into it from the hotel. We go to this hotel every year at Christmas. Its become a bit of a tradition for my son and I. Brilliant hotel. Thank you!

Friendly staff and a clean room. Jade was lovely and very informative, she ensured that I was kept up to date with my reservation and nothing was too much. I would go back again. It was close to where I needed to be and had a good range of facilities nearby.

Bed comfortable, good location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. WIFI though is extremely poor so was using own data during my stay. No USB plug in room and no shaver socket. Room was very warm and a bit stuffy, road noise a problem with the windows open. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and value for money. Plenty of on site parking free to staying guests.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Spotless room. Extremely comfortable mattress and choice of pillows. Nice room facilities. Kettle tea and coffee. The location was perfect and spacious parking. Will be using premiere inn in future. Very pleased 😀

I've been staying at the Premierinn Hampton Peterborough for the best part of the year on business. All the staff are great, especially Jade who has always been super helpful during my time there. Have stayed at other hotels in the area but nothing compares. 5 stars! Levi

This Peterborough Hampton hotel is one of the best premier inns I have stayed in. The reception staff (Martyna and Stefan) were very professional, polite and would go the extra mile to help make your stay a great experience. The room was perfect- extremely comfortable bed, and immaculate bathroom. Highly recommended.

I travel a fair amount with work and opt for Premier Inn whenever it’s available and in the company budget, as it never disappoints and Peterborough Hampton was no exception. Clean, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!
