Great house in a quiet location, with a sensational view to the fields.
The luxury finca for 12 people has two floors, each of them with access to the outside area.
On the ground floor is the dining area with fireplace and the kitchen. Here are also 2 double bedrooms (equipped with single beds), each with bathroom in suite (bathtub).
On the first floor there is the living room with fireplace, a laundry room and 4 more bedrooms with bathroom en suite, with twin beds; also from here you have access to the outdoor area.
A private swimming pool of 115 m² is at your disposal. There are also sun loungers and comfortable sitting areas.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 ⬠per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 â¬. From November to April 0,55 ⬠and 0,27 ⬠respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300.00 â¬.
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning 20,00 â¬/hour (optional)
