Little Petra Bedouin Camp

Je tenais à écrire un avis pour dire à quel point nous avons aimé notre séjour au little petra bedouin camp. L’ambiance était magnifique avec un personnel très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons eu le droit a une meilleure chambre que celle réservée et c'était une magnifique surprise. La propreté est aussi au top même pour les salles de bain communes. Je recommande à 100% et encore un grand merci au gérant ainsi qu’aux garçons qui travaillent là bas !

I love these places so much cam and people so candid clean food so beautiful I felt at home with all the stuff I think one of the best places in the world I hope one day I will be back to see my family again little Petra camp thank you so so much best wishes to all

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful camp. All the people felt like family during the time we left. Perfect location to visit the highlights in the area. Comfortabel rooms also the common area's like bedouine tent, terrace, fireplace. Everybody works hard to give you an unforgettable outdoor experience. The food is good and various. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place with the lovely people!

Whoa! This place definitely exceeded our expectations. We just needed a place to stay in order to visit Petra but this camp was a whole experience in itself! We got the cave room, which was super-cool. The ambiance here was off the charts. We loved that they had a big campfire circle with comfy places to chill and smoke shisha and drink Bedouin tea. They also had a musician playing a traditional stringed instrument and singing. We arrived late and left early, so we regret that we did not get to sample the food at the camp. Mohammed, who checked us in, speaks great English and gave us helpful travel advice. We chose to rise before sunrise and do the hike to Little Petra. We were able to walk right to the camp to the trail head. You need offline maps or a guide to do the trail. It is about 14kms and takes 5-7 hours, depending on how fast you walk, how much time you spend exploring the sites along the way and weather or not you choose to chill in a cafe or restaurant along the way. The scenery (snd, of course, Petra itself) is stunning and we didn’t think the hike was too challenging. There’s a lot of stairs, but anyone who is reasonable fit should be able to do it. Might be kind of miserable on a really hot day, though. We would definitely recommend Little Petra Bedouin Camp. We just wish that we had been able to stay for two nights instead of one.

It is a wonderful place. Situated between rocks, it is a absolutely quiet and peaceful place. We were there with a group of 10 persons. As there were only a few other guests the owner upgraded our rooms. We got the luxury tents which are really nice. The staff is very friendly, live the hospitality. There is a room with open fire, in the evening with some music where you can sit in the evening after a day in Petra. The meals let no wishes open. Some parts like bread, scrambled eggs and so on are freshly made. If I‘m in the region I will return.
