Absolute beautiful view. A little hard to reach the location. Either a 15 min walk from the pier or if lucky a taxi boat to resort but still very happy with the service.

Очень старый отель - вся мебель, сантехника в плачевном состоянии, кондиционер шумит - спать невозможно, но выключить не получится , душно. Расположение неплохое, но учитывайте, что бунгало стоят на гре, поэтому придется подниматься, думаю с детьми сложно будет. Бассейн грязный, видно,что давно не чистили. Завтрак неплохой - можно выбрать. Встретили на пирсе и отвезли к парому обратно бесплатно. Один несомненный плюс у этого отеля - потрясающий вид с горы на море. Но даже с учётом этого, больше сюда ни ногой

The hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

It was beautiful location a bit far from the noise and all. I had a villa up on a hill so the walk was tough for my wife with her knee issue but still came with a beautiful view.

The view was amazing! The room is basic, but perfect for travelers who want to relax and prefer to stay in the quieter areas of Koh Phi Phi.

This is by far the worst place my husband and I have ever stayed at. It all started when we were checked into a disgustingly dirty villa. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — filthy windows, sand all over the floor, and garbage everywhere outside. The whole area was rundown and filled with construction debris. The pool was so disgusting that we didn’t even want to go near it; the path leading to it was surrounded by dirt and rubble. Breakfast was terrible: stale food and a staff that was nothing short of incompetent. I've never encountered such ******* employees before — they just stood there laughing like ****** when we pointed out the dirt. After we complained about the villa being a complete dump, they finally moved us. But the nightmare didn't end there. Before relocating us, they spent a long time checking the water, and later we found out why: the plumbing was broken, and we were flooded in the middle of the night. No compensation was offered. They moved us to a smaller villa, which was still dirty, but not as bad as the first. When I asked if we would be refunded the difference because of the smaller villa, they said no, claiming that the view from this villa was better, despite it being smaller. No one warned us about the water issue, and when we were flooded at night, there was no one at the reception. At 6 a.m., no one. At 8 a.m., still no one. We cleaned up the water ourselves. Finally, at 9 a.m., we found someone, and then a plumber arrived to fix the water issue. The kettle in the room didn’t work, nor did the hairdryer. When we reported it, the staff, once again, just stood there laughing like ******. And it gets worse. We were supposed to be picked up at the pier when we arrived, but no one was there. After texting the reception through WhatsApp, they said someone was waiting for us near Burger King. Naturally, no one was there, and after waiting for half an hour, someone finally showed up out of nowhere and drove us to the hotel. This place is an absolute disaster. If you're planning to come here, just check the map and pick any other nearby hotel, even if it has fewer stars. They will all be better than this disgusting, smelly, filthy dump of a hotel.
