Very Good Stay, breakfast selection small but decent. Great location near to the city center (love park within walking distance)

在美國住過幾次最佳西方， 早餐都差不多的配置， 總體還行。 酒店離唐人街很近， 到地鐵幾分鐘的路。 非常方便的， 總體滿意的。

So I did not actually get to stay here, but I am only rating it because of the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever heard of. I was in the city visiting friends and I had a little bit too much to drink, I live about 40 minutes away, so I decided to get a hotel room to be safe. It was my mistake that I did not double check the dates, but ******* booked it for me the following night. I get to the hotel and the gentleman at the front desk, who is very helpful and very nice, said oh no, it is for tomorrow night so I cannot book you, so I had to call ******* and try and get them to change the date. However, since it was after 1 AM I would not even be allowed to stay there. This is the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever heard of, what happened to walking into a hotel and just getting a hotel room? I had to go to sleep in my car until about five in the morning because of this policy.

It was a nigh**are because there was a group of people taking, screaming and laughing in the middle of the hall all night long just in front of our room . I was obligated to call the front desk twice in order to my problem to be solve . But this situation last for about 3 hours. I guess when I called the first time the situation must be solve but they didn’t.

Overall it was a nice hotel and the staff were friendly. It did smell like **** inside and outside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Needed an overnight near center city. The hotel was in the right place.
Desk was welcoming and friendly, room was nicely laid out and shower was great. The area was quiet.
Would use the hotel again.
