The staffs were so friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was so nice and delicious. Overall, I am so happy with my stay.

From the first look of this hotel, it's quite amazing due to its grand looking building and also an equally grand interior furnishing. I personally find that there is a little bit too much gold trimmings in its interior design and decor, other than that, there is nothing to really complain about. The front desk was friendly, we were served by a Filipino lady who spoke good English other than that, there were not many hotel staff that speak reasonable English so maybe that's one area that the hotel can improve on. The rooms are well decorated, everything is clean. Nice view from the hotel window, we can see some very nice traditional architecture against some skyscrapers, and also the Mekong River forming the background. I thought it was a beautiful sight, please see attached pic. There is a mall with duty-free shopping that links both the Naga1 and Naga2 side of the entire hotel complex and ******. There are food options available 24-hr as it is a ****** hotel, many ATMs conveniently situated. Thank you.

Hair dryer very old hope can upgrade a new model one ……..

Good hotel to stay. Bags have to be scanned when entering the hotel. The breakfast has a wide spread and great varieties. Guests at the hotel also have discount when having the dinner buffet.
