Best location for us. Near to lot of restraunts and vinbus stop. Breakfast was delicous and various types. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Really loved their gardening.

可惜衛生條件有待加強，馬桶上有尿垢、房間空調剛啟動時味道不好，希望能更注意小細節

Отель не плохой, хорошая территория, но до пляжа идти 20 минут, по закоулкам, темнеет рано и реально идти по тёмным переулка страшно, тем более там ещё и собаки бегают.
В самом отеле все хорошо и завтраки нормальные, меню на выбор, обслужмвающий персонал очень старается.
Отсутствие собственного пляжа и месторасположение не понравились, я бы выбирала другой отель.

We stayed here for two nights and it’s so nice. The location is perfect if you love serene and peaceful environment. The room is cozy and the bed and comforters are so comfy. Breakfast is also delish. The most important thing, the staffs are all hospitable and friendly. Overall it’s a perfect place to stay.

Beyond paradise! The Palm Bay Resort was opened in July 2023; family owned and operated. Sits in a secluded neighborhood 1/2 Km off main road. Quiet, cozy and incredibly clean property. This is like a Home-Stay Experience as the family and staff treat you like family - best lodging experience we’ve ever had. A very special person, “Pink” at reception, and all over the property, is an amazing customer service SUPERSTAR - see for yourself! The pool is wonderful, crystal clear and tranquil for sunbathing, napping, book reading and a swim (5 feet depth at deep end).

I cannot say enough praise about this property, the family who own it, and the incredible staff which operates this hidden Phu Quoc gem of a boutique hotel resort. Serenity, peace, quiet and convenient to anything you desire. We cannot praise the dedication to guest comfort displayed by all members of their staff. This is a new (July 2023) property, so, the breakfast is not perfect as occupancy increased they were transitioning from ala carte to buffet, but any helpful suggestions we gave them were amazingly applied the very next day’s service - WOW! You cannot go wrong booking here, and please, tell “Pink” at reception a big hello from Rick and Valeria if you do - she is a diamond of customer service excellence!

Upon first arriving I was as bit taken back by the location. However, as my stay proceeded, the location had some distinct advantages. First and foremost, peace and quiet. Secondly, it really is a centralized location, just rent one of their scooters.
The property is well cared for and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
It took a bit of brainstorming to try and find a less than completely positive topic to write about but here is one: maybe have more western breakfast choices but, when in Rome(VN) have Pho for breakfast. I will stay again.
