i stayed in sunset town from 22 Nov to 24 Nov in 2023. during the stay,i found this hotel has a wonderful kitchen and bar,i didnt stay at the hotel, but went for dinner twice at their attached restaurant, it is a small kitchen but its food is great. on the first night after check in, i was hungry, and it was late, luckily casepia kitchen still opened, and it is close to my hotel. so i had very late dinner here. i sat in their outdoor seating place. ordered their famous seared tuna pomelo salad, presto spaghetti and bivina beer.the food is so delicious the salad is tasty, the cook used many phu quoc black pepper,not very salty,but fragrance, good quality. pasta is my favourite,the flavour is good, sauce well balanced, not greasy. on the second time,i went here for lunch, it was my last day in sunset town. i ordered presto spaghetti again, also pumpkin soup and salt coffee.spaghetti is nice too, i love the soup, i swallow all till, salt coffee is vietnam flavour,special experience.the cook snd the manager is nice and friendly, we had a short chat with them, also the owner is nice,she explained to me why the hotel called Casepia, other staffs are brilliant too, especially the first night female staff,she recommended seared tuna pomelo salad to me. after dinner, i thought i lost my mobile phone, she and other staff helped me to find it. at last,i found that i already put it into my bag, it was my mistake,but what they did for me so impressive! their English are good, the cook, the manager,the owner and the staffs, so no language barrier.will come here again in the future,and recommend both Casepia hotel and kitchen to those who come to sunset town.
