Everything was good 😊 perfect and nice . Location perfect , 7 minutes walk to patong beach 🏝️. 7/11 downstairs , halal food , rent bikes everything is so close and rooms are so clean with Mountain View’s .

We stayed here for a week before COVID, so returned for two days before flying home. Unfortunately, the Oakwood wasn't as nice this time as our initial stay. The main issue was the cleanliness of the place. Our bed smelt very bad, both pillows and mattress had a cheesy odour. The staff were very friendly and immediately changed our linen, which deterred the smell briefly, however, by the time we went to bed, the same cheesy smell was still exuding from the pillows and mattress. Cleanliness throughout the hotel has also dramatically reduced in quality - bins were overflowing in toilets, and by the swimming pool there was lots of rubbish and cigarette butts strewn amongst the plants. It's a shame, because it was a nice place in 2020.

I didn’t like this hotel. Room cleaning was so bad.
Room air felt so wet. All the clothes on hanger became wet. Betsheets, pillows and blanket feel so wet also.
Toilet smell sucks 😫 After had shower all floor around the toilet get wet. No balcony.
In the morning, room cleaning stuff are noisy, speak so loud. At night drunk people shout everywhere. I will never stay there again. Only one good thing is swimming pool and gym.

A fair 4 star, best deal I found for a 12 night stay. Good, cheap local food in the vicinity. Lots of rooms and people traffic but that’s normal with a hotel at this budget. The pool is okay, but there aren’t many sun loungers. A good hotel to use as a base for exploration around South Thailand. A mixture of European, Arab, Indian and Russian guests. Don’t be afraid to walk by foot, but be careful of the busy roads.

A great Hotel - excellent service - stay in Mountain view room, very calm. They have a shuttle drop 3 times in a day to Bangla road. Pool was very relaxing and they have a bar near the pool which makes it very relaxing in evening. Being Indian and getting a Paratha in morning for breakfast made my day :). Place is best for Couples and Group of friends. The front office helped us in booking tour of Phuket by their travel desk. Room is very clean and spacious and bed was very comfy. Will be back soon :)

Be careful of this hotel! The ladies at the desk are wonderful but be prepared for your room to wet and damp! It was making me sick, my clothes were always wet and same with my sheets. They will try and bs you with some reason but to prove a point I put a hydrolite tablet on the bench and in a couple hours it was starting to melt and by morning it was completely melted! Immediately felt better when I went somewhere else because the moisture in the air was making me sick and had to wash all my clothes again cause they stank from the moisture. Place is probably ok for a couple nights but I stayed there 2 weeks and the moisture is a real problem.
