I could have stayed at this hotel for much longer. Our room overlooked the swimming pool which was great. It was exceptionally clean. We were helped with our bags to our room when we checked in and when we checked out. The hotel has so many places of entertainment which is ideal because it's located just a stone throws away from Patong Beach. My friend and I enjoyed early morning Beach walks and then had an amazing breakfast from the hotel and later on in the day we would go to the hotel's bar. The hotel also has a gym and a coffee shop. Everyone is catered for. At the breakfast Hall they had a machine that makes pancakes. When we checked out the hotel staff was super helpful in providing transportation for us to the next hotel and to the airport. It was an amazing way to experience Patong Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked this place in last minute order and i wont regret it
Once step in the lobby, the staff give us a delicious cookies & welcome drink.
Room was great with basic facilities
Got 3 pools here which is every block provide their own pool

Stable shower temperature. Unlike some hotels with bad shower that turns hot to cold on its own.
Location is good, facing beachfront, shops and convenience stalls.
Breakfast taste good but selection could improve.
Very limited entertainment, bars for cocktail not opened.

Great location at Patong beach. Spacious room is appropriate for beach resort experience. Buffet breakfast was reasonable.

Very good hotel and very close to Patong beach!
The breakfast is a bit boring if you stay for few days, need improvement on the breakfast menu!
The room is big, nice and clean.
The only downside is on my last day, the TV is error and the TV can turn on or off by itself (not sure why) so at night the TV turn on by itself for few times when everyone is sleeping!
Hope it's not a ghost of course! 😅
But overall it was a good stay!

We stayed at this hotel for our baby moon and were upgraded to a pool access room, but the blanket in the room was stained with blood. The duty manager, Air, assisted us and moved us to our original booking room, which is poolside it is closer to the pool bar, and the room is much cleaner and nicer looking than the upgraded room, which looks and smells old. Please request the hotel's pool bar side. Enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic hotel to stay. Highly recommended to stay this hotel if you ever come to Patong Town for a vacation. Room is spotless clean and the service provided by the staffs are superb.
Also this hotel has 4 pools, so you can enjoy the poolside activities to the fullest. Lastly, room is so spacious and breakfast has so much varieties to choose.
