Otelde gerçekten güzel vakit geçirdik. Personel çok dost canlısı ve yardımseverdi. Harika, çok geniş ve ihtiyacınız olan ve istediğiniz her şeyi içeren balayı süiti için rezervasyon yaptırdık ve otelin manzarası muhteşem. Tamamen dolu bir minibar mevcuttur. Odada QR kod okutarak oda servisi de var ama garip bir şekilde içecek yok, sipariş vermek için oda telefonundan aramanız gerekiyor. Banyo alanında tütsü yakılan bir akşam servisi sağlanmaktadır - temizlik hizmetinin girmesini istemiyorsanız rahatsız e**eyin işaretinizi koymaya dikkat edin! Ana havuz, tuhaf bulduğumuz yemek alanının ortasında. Biz Sienna Rocks kafenin yanındaki yolun aşağısındaki havuzu tercih ettik. Kaçınmayı tercih ettiğimiz büyük ve yoğun bir otel. Kamala'nın ana bölümünün hemen dışındaki bir tepenin üstünde yer alıyor; ana alandan uzakta olmayı sevdiğimiz için bu bizim için güzeldi. Bu otel merdiven çıkmakta zorluk çekenler için uygun değil, çok fazla merdiven var ve asansöre binmeden önce valizlerimizi 1 kat yukarı ve aşağı taşımamız gerekiyordu. Spor salonunda çeşitli ekipmanlar bulunmaktadır ancak yine sabahları yoğun olduğundan alternatif hareketlere ihtiyaç duyabilirsiniz. Biz gittiğimizde eşyaları silmek için havlu yoktu. Havuz kenarındaki restoranda yiyecek ve içecekler harikaydı ve Vanilla Sky bar da güzeldi. Vejetaryen seçenekleri olmadığı için steakhouse restoranına gi**edik. Kahvaltı gerçekten güzel, çok çeşitli seçenekler ve omlet istasyonu harika! Ancak kahvaltı her zaman çok yoğundu, çoğu zaman insanlardan kaçıyordunuz. Kamala çok yoğun bir plajdır; Hoşumuza gi**edi, bu yüzden Surin Plajı'na gittik ve birkaç saatliğine daha sessiz olan başka bir plaja tekneyle gittik. Konaklamamızın sonunda havaalanına bir Grab taksisi bulmakta zorlandık ama otel konsiyerji 5 dakikadan kısa bir sürede bize bir taksi buldu. Genel olarak, hoş bir konaklama ve gerçekten çok keyif aldık, ancak meşguliyete dikkat edin.

Otel odası büyüktü, harika bir deniz manzarası vardı. Otel 6 binaya sahip olduğundan odamıza ulaşmak için diğer binaları geçmek zorunda kaldık. Konumu çok uygun değil, ancak otel plaja bir servis otobüsü sunuyor, ancak sadece 3 sefer vardı ve en son karşılama saati 16:00 idi, bu da gün batımını görmek istiyorsanız biraz erken. During a recent stay at the Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas from April 23rd to April 26th, I had the opportunity to experience their Executive Pool Penthouse, which boasts an exceptional sea view. Here are some key takeaways from my visit: 1. Scenic Views: The panoramic sea views from the penthouse are undoubtedly breathtaking. However, it's important to note that direct beach access is not available, which might be a consideration for beach enthusiasts. 2. Dining Experience: The breakfast options were quite limited during my stay. I found myself restricted to scrambled eggs each morning, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. 3. Service: The staff at the hotel maintained a professional demeanor, but I felt a warmer, more proactive engagement was lacking. Guests are often required to initiate interactions, which might not meet everyone's expectations of hospitality. 4. In-Room Dining*: While in-room breakfast is available for a nominal fee of 40 baht, the lack of a proper dining setup on the terrace, such as a table and chairs, suggests that the hotel might not be fully equipped for in-room dining experiences. 5. Swimming Pool: The pool, although visually appealing, is quite small and shallow. It may not suit those looking to swim laps or enjoy more aquatic activities. 6. Accessibility: Access to the room can be a bit cumbersome as it involves climbing two flights of stairs to reach the elevators, which might be a concern for those with mobility issues. 7. Entertainment: Post-sunset, the ambiance at the hotel becomes notably subdued, with no scheduled activities or entertainment to keep guests engaged during the evening. 8. Policies: Upon check-in, a security deposit of 400 baht is required, and the process to reclaim this deposit at check-out was notably slow, which could be streamlined for better guest convenience. 9. Location: The hotel's location is somewhat remote from Phuket’s main attractions, which could lead to significant transportation costs via services like Grab and Bolt. This might be a deterrent for those looking to explore the vibrant scenes of old Phuket or other active spots. Conclusion: Cape Sienna Phuket Gourmet Hotel & Villas offers a retreat with stunning views and serene privacy but falls short in areas like dining diversity, guest engagement, and evening entertainment. Prospective visitors should weigh these aspects against the hotel's tranquil aesthetics and quiet charm.

Has to be my favourite place to stay in Phuket or Kamala:) great location on the cliff with amazing views and close to town! Rooms, pools, fitness centre is all top class! And the buffet breakfast is amazing also :)
