Lovely stay very happy. + Really great stay, spacious and clean rooms with a nice little balcony from which you can see the sunset. The pool area was really nice and staf were helpful, a short walk to Karon beach and bars and restaurants..

在卡倫和卡塔中間，去卡倫海邊很近過馬路就到了。我們在卡塔酒店走路過來辦換的這個酒店，十分鐘左右就到了。 酒店整體環境還可以，泳池略小。 餐廳人員服務熱情，每日早餐都很愉快。餐廳正餐味道也不錯，披薩好吃，價格不貴。前台兩個小姐姐可能是天生不愛笑吧，但入住、退房都算順暢，因為衹有兩個搬行李的小哥，所以兩點開始發房卡，我們最後辦的入住等到了兩點半才進去房間，不過我們剛好選擇了餐廳用午餐，就沒乾等着。所以要不早點去，要不做好等的準備。 海景房陽台可以看海，應該住的越高景色越好。房間也不算小，挺舒服的，衞生還行，有一次性洗漱用品。

Не понравилось от слова совсем. Максимум дам 2.5* Отель оочень старый, все убитое,душ это вообще трэш за шторкой!!!!находится на холме, завтрак скудный(я б сказала поесть нечего, лучше не берите), бассейн купабельный 1шт , с отложениями лэпа по стеночкам. Зонты у бассейна не подьемные, не сдвинешь, никакой атмосферы, полотенца выцвевшие.

Hotel in guter Lage am Karon Strand. Insgesamt nettes und freundliches Personal ! Die Poollandschaft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen hat aber trotzdem einen tollen Charme und viele nette Pflanzen ringsherum. Schön angelegt und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad war nicht gut geputzt. Die Türen schließen nur mit großen Lücken sodass kleinere Tierchen und vor allem Mücken gerne herein kommen. Es gibt leider kein Mosquito Netz, sodass ich viele Mückenstiche gesammelt habe. Duschen war generell nur kalt möglich es sei denn man hat bescheid gesagt, dann wurde etwas umgestellt und es konnte warm geduscht werden. Das war okay ! Frühstück war meiner Meinung nach ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden und auch eine Omlett Station. Pluspunkt! Insgesamt überzeugt das Hotel durch ein gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis insbesondere Im Hinblick auf die Lage und Poollandschaft. Wer gerne draußen ist und sein Zimmer eher nur zum Schlafen benötigt ist hier gut aufgehoben und kann zu fairen Preisen einen schönen Aufenthalt haben.

В отеле очень много лестниц. Если отдыхает с ребенком, то коляску надо оставлять у входа. Комната была маленькая, не функциональная. С одной стороны кровати был кондиционер, с другой вход в туалет.В отеле нельзя есть/пить свою еду и напитки у бассейна и на территории бара( в комнате места где можно перекусить тоже нет). Рядом нет магазинов, только кафе вдоль набережной.

房間老舊，卧室對面牆上裝個門打不開！！！嚇人用的？？？訂的1.8米大床房，屋裡有小床，還強迫讓加一張床！！！點型的騙錢！！！攜程幫忙協調還可以，沒攜程得多冤！！！衞生間沒洗手盆。。。無語了！！！

Our room was amazing we had the honeymoon suite. Staff were lovely especially the man at the bar. Reception staff could perhaps be a bit more friendly by smiling. Pool area clean plenty of sun beds. Breakfast good with ample choice. Great location to beach and short walk to kata in evening as had more choices of bars and restaurants.

There are a lot of pros about this hotel. - property is at an excellent location. Just across the beach. Barely a 2 mins walk. Lot of shopping places and restaurants just near the property - property is well made with a lot of greenery - the pool is good and cleab - breakfast is a good spread with some what changes every day - our room was sea view. The room. size was big and the sea view was excellent Cons -the staff doesn't understand even basic English. They just keep saying okay okay - the air conditioner was bad in our room. They kept the key with them whole day when we told them to have a look. We came back at night and asked them if it's done and all they say ok. Don't think anyone even had a look so we stayed in the heat all 4 days. - we asked them for an extra bottle of water one day because they just give 2 small bottles for 2 people for the whole day. The reception said they will charge 50 bahts. We were shocked. Then they send the bottle to the room and said it's for 20 bahts. We said we will pay the next day but eventually they didn't end up taking. - we stayed for 5 nights and we needed tooth paste. The staff just looks at us and says you need to go out and buy it. Who takes toothpaste for vacations. It's so basic. Don't keep it in the room. But if a guests asks, provide it - shampoo quality is horrible. No moisturizer in the room. They literally gave us one small soap for 5 days for the 2 of us. No liquid soap dispenser. - if u take a sea view room, it's on the above floors and they have a lift only uptil the 4th floor. The 2 floors are quite a walk. It's just not direct walk. U need to climb 2 whole floors and 2 big lobbies. It was quite tiring and frustrating. -the wifi was bad. Kept coming and going all dat - lastly we took a cab from them from the airport mainly Because we were reaching late night. They charged us 1200 bahts. The normal cost to the airport is 900 to 1000 bahts and easily available on online booking. So book a cab from them but chk online prices. These were minor hitches. With these minor problems, our stay was pretty good. We would definitely stay here again if they work on the feedbacks.
