Kenny and Addy are by far the most helpful and kind staff I've ever come across in Asia. I definitely recommend this house on the beautiful Patong beach hills!

The Reception-desk personnel , namely Mr. Kenny and Mr. Addy are exceptionally welcoming and truly care for the comfort and well-being of their guests , making a stay at this property wonderful .

Wonderful Ratana Hill Hotel , in a peaceful , tranquil setting up a mountainous hill . Superb Reception-desk staff , especially Mr. Kenny and Mr. Addy who truly care about their guests' comfort and well-being . There is a 7-11® a few minutes' walk from the property ; as well as a plethora of restaurants , vendors , services , salons , etc . A perfect place to stay , away from the hustle and bustle of Patong City Beach . Recommend .

Isolated from everything. I booked for three days but had to leave after one night! No refund! There is no food, no drinks, not even coffee or breakfast in the hotel, and you have to take a taxi to the nearest store about 2 km away. It is not possible to walk because of a very steep climb to and from the hotel because it is on the top of a mountain. When I ordered a taxi, the receptionist offered himself in his private car and demanded the full price of a taxi 300 baht. Stay away!

Accueil très chaleureux et staff très à l’écoute disponible et très professionnel L’hôtel et très agréable avec toutes commodités, les chambres sont très spacieuses avec coin cuisine, la piscine est un vrai bonheur. Très bon rapport qualité prix J’ai passé d’excellentes vacances et le top j’ai eu la possibilité de louer un scooter sur place Je recommande vivement

Hôtel très calme, staff très disponible et compétent, à l écoute, rapport qualité prix excellent, propre, grandes chambres agreables et spacieuse, climatisation au point, bar restaurant adapté, de qualité. Possibilité de louer motos sur place. Piscine des plus agréable. Possibilité de cuisiner dans les chambres. Je recommande vivement si vous voulez être au calme et benefier de la ville tout en étant légèrement à l écart.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene al Ratana , stanza super spaziosa , silenziosa , letti comodi , ma soprattutto situato verso la collina a pochi minuti dal caso allucinante di Patong , quindi super relax , super disponibili ultimo giorno dandoci la possibilità di fare la doccia e dandoci i teli per asciugarci ., dopo aver effettuato il chek out.
