Hotel is neat and clean. Staffs are helpful and super serviced minded. Facilities and activities are great. Hotel is locatedcon a hill, it's a bit tired to walk up to the room. Anyway, golf carts are serviced as requested.

There honestly aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful my stay was here. The room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the sea view was fabulous.
I arrived after 11pm and my late check-in was so easy and the receptionist May was so kind and helpful.
I spent most of my short stay between the private beach and the pool, the sun beds are super and lots of them to choose from. The service was exceptional, especially a server called Frame, who went above to take care of me but also every other guest.
The buffet breakfast has a good selection and you can try something different every day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Phuket and want to plan my next trip here again :)

今年帶孩子第二次布吉遊，選了這家鉑爾曼，試衝著趕海來的，但是感覺這片海灘海草多，珊瑚礁石太少，除了好多海星，零星幾個海膽，多樣性差點。
酒店房間：最多算個三星半，豪華海景房，太小了，目測最多40平。浴缸什麼的都很老了，好在淋雨出水很穩定。房間一張大床，電視下一個桌子，就是全部了。空間有點侷促，如果帶兩個孩子，建議定套房吧。
酒店服務：入住的時候，不知道為啥總是先給一個景色不好的，第一次給的海景房真的很差勁，位置偏，樓層低。然後我説不行，我預訂的時候你們圖片展示的不是這樣，一番折騰，1個小時後給我換了個4樓，也不算正海景，但是已經好很多了，此時娃已經很累了，就不想再argue 。看了其他人的評價，可能對中國人會這樣，如果是真的，那就真的有點區別對待了。
酒店設施：三個泳池，有個小童池很淺，適合幼齡寶寶。還有一個滑滑梯。泳池維護的還可以，小童俱樂部每個點有活動，可以參加。
酒店沙灘：沙灘的海草珊瑚比較多，海水不是很清澈，有海草，但是浪不大，
酒店早餐：還不錯，如果是中國胃可能不會滿意，我們喜歡吃西式早餐所以感覺足夠豐富。麪包是酒店自製的，各種全麥麪包簡直太棒了，鮮榨果汁有不同組合，有米粉，可以給寶寶做一個熱乎乎的米粉。他們的冰美式冰拿鐵太好喝了
整體打4星吧，希望對中國人以後不要區別對待，在入住率衹有50%的情況下，還安排最差房型，這説好的中泰一家親呢？畢竟國人來了泰國還是很能花錢的

This is my favourite hotel in Phuket now. Really enjoy the standing up padding and kayak. The staff in the hotel is quite nice. Breakfast is with a lot of varieties. Look forward to coming back to Pullman Panwa in the near future☺️

Plenty of good food, especially the breakfast spread.
If u are too lazy to travel out, the hotel has almost everything you needed to spend a good day. Private beach, massage, in-house activities, gym etc.
Opposite the hotel has a splendid restaurant and a small setup tour station.
Although the hotel is a bit outdated, the rooms are clean and service is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Panwa. We stayed at the deluxe suite with sea view and it was really our best choice! The sea view from the room was great and there were no blockages, absolutely love waking up to the view every morning. The hotel was really thoughtful to decorate the bed and provided the birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. Besides the room, the hotel has exclusive beach access, great facilities, lots of activities and it is pretty near to the Phuket old town (19mins by drive). There are complimentary classes, kayaking sessions and marine live walk (when tides are low) which kept us occupied throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend Pullman Panwa and we’ll stay there again again we’re back to Phuket!

Southern tip of Phuket with nice resort feel. Suitable for friends, couple and family. Tried the family massage outside the hotel and quite good service/price. Buffet breakfast comes with wide choices and good quality too. I went through several rounds of the detox juices which taste yummy and healthy. Block 4 hotel rooms (others are villas) have nice view over the pool and sea with some noise coming from the restaurants/pool but acceptable to us. Will visit again.
