The location is very good, close to everything interesting. The service is ok, but you have to pay extra for ordering food in the hotel. You pay for the food, the delivery and also taxes. You can't see the total amount before ordering, only after the food got to you. Very disappointing, you think the pizza costs 220 Baht but then it becomes around 350. Other than that, the service is good and pretty fast. Although they got 2 numbers for requesting something and usually you dial the wrong one.
The jacuzzi doesn't work, no one told this to us until we decided to use it on our last day, then we called the front desk and they said it's actually broken.
Why it's not written down? The only reason for anyone to get this room is the jacuzzi.
The cleaning is good, didn't need to ask to change the sheets when needed.
They also wipe off the floor (saw it myself).
The amenities are bad, they're very very basic and if you want more than 2 bottles of water, you have to pay extra for it. Never have I heard of a hotel which asks for extra charge for a bottle of water. And of course the bottle is overpriced by a lot.
They also provide a bus at certain times to take you to the mall which is about 20 minutes walk. That's basically it.

Perfect for the 4 stars hotel💯 value for money.
We enjoy our stay😃 we like the breakfast buffet. Nice location for the one who wants to stay near the beach. We recommend this hotel 😃

Convenient place to the beach, 7-11, thai/european food eateries. 15-20 min walking distance to bangla street. Plenty of massage parlours around. Street food vendors have the best food tastes imo.
Hotel structure is old and some parts of the room reflect that. But the staff are polite, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool has a great view as seen in the photos. The breakfast array was good, mix of different types of food. Happy hour cocktails are super worth!! 10/10 would come back here for a quick getaway to relax near the beach

This is one of the best hotels near the beach, great amenities and good rates. The infinity pool is awesome and has an amazing view. I would highly recommend this place!

Booked the room over Christmas and stayed a total 6 nights.
Location was prime, on Patong Beach behind Four Point Sheraton but away from the busy district (Bangla Street and Patong Beach Street). Traffic is bad everyday with a one way road. Taxi and tuktuk tend to miss the turn in (between Graceland and Sheraton) thus having to go through the traffic again if they want to make a turn in, so do take note. FYI, for those who might be particular, a muslim cemetery is near the vicinity.
Nearest 7-11 was about 5mins walk, hotel does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste.
Exec Suite come with a kitchen with only kettle, microwave and a refrigerator with chiller and freezer. There’re no plates/bowls/utensils so bring along yours otherwise can do basic heat-up with 7-11 food.
Side door open 8-6pm and one can use rinsing point beside side door to wash off sand.
Room can be a little dark unless blackout curtain is drawn. Water pressure (for suite room) is a little low and we get extreme temperature sometime.
Breakfast is okay but can be improved on the variety and quality. (FYI, breakfast is at 200 baht per pax for walk-in)

Location was not too bad but abit far to dining places, which is about 15-20min walk. Overall still okay. Room was huge and spacious.
