Clean and quiet, good for a stopoff somewhere. The beds were just ok. Lots of open green space around the property but you’ll need to drive to get to town or any food.

The gardens are great. We did enjoy unwinding and relaxing in the gardens. Great beds and great shower.

This property is not in it's hey day. This place was clearly a fine facility once but the restaurant is not even operated and the one staff member does most things. Parking was in front of the room so very convenient. While at the edge of town, it's still within easy reach.

It was good value for the money. I'm certainly going to stay there again and explore the town of Picton next time. I reckon there'd be a good pub or two
with a fireplace

Website said there was a restaurant which was one of the reasons for booking here, no restaurant on site, had to leave premises to eat

We only stayed one night with an adventurous toddler and everything was fine. Nice, picturesque property, would stay again if in area.
