I liked that it was clean and tidy, quiet even though its close to the bluebridge terminal we slept with the windows open and were not woken by any traffic noise. Its also within walking distance of the local shops.
Bed was very comfortable.
I thought it could have had a little more storage. We had to keep our bags on the floor, along with the extra blankets that we took off the bed. Nowhere to put toiletries. Spa pool closed too early for us to make use of.

The unit is nice and clean. View from the balcony is great. The scones for the breakfast is amazing.

Gary is a great host & looks after his customers. Plenty of room to get your own space & loved the freshly baked scones for beaky. Facilities were clean & tidy.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic staff! I had problems with my booking but Gary was super flexible and helped me out with it and also organised free shuttle to the ferry terminal. Also common areas were nice, probably the cleanest kitchen I’ve seen in a hostel. Loved the room where I stayed at, heated mattress was a big bonus. But, the bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better (there were spiderwebs), it was a bit noisy at night because of the traffic from the harbour and the location could be better.

Quiet and clean place to stay with my family. Easy to get to town, and within my budget to stay with 2 adults and 2 kids in the family room. Would definitely stay again :)
