Super 8 by Wyndham Pigeon Forge Downtown

Hotel is awful,the bed sheet is thinner than a curtain there’s a gap between the door and the wall causing you to constantly hear noise from in and around the hotel. Constant noise from traffic. Woke up at 3am due to the bin truck coming into the hotel car park making a load of noise and didn’t get back to sleep after because of the constant noise. Had to check out of the place at 5am so I could get to the next place and actually sleep before doing anything else. Do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I was impressed with the room. It was very clean and everything looked fresh and new. My only complaint is there was no closet or place to hang clothes.

The front desk young lady , whom check us in that night was excellent. Very patient and friendly. The most difficult part was the one way traffic with very little traffic lights. I love the street itself, it had so much to see

Too noisy. We stayed in 201 we barely slept due to outside noise. Cars, abulace, alarms, highway and courtins did not closed completely so it was verry bright. A/C was so noisy that every time started again, we woke up. Outside, the rails were rusty and chipped. Outside floor was dirty. Room was big, spacious and clean. Had a nice TV and mini fridge. Check in was super nice and easy. Overall, if you get a room that does not face the parking lot, should be a nice experience.

My group was not expecting a five-star experience from Super 8 based on its common amenities which are basic. So we are only rating on the average scale. First of all the hotel is in the heart of all action, shopping, and restaurants so you cannot go wrong it is economical which we loved because of the short stay. However, because the hotel sits along the ***** of many other businesses and tourist attractions it can be tricky to locate but better than others that are hidden behind other businesses. The rooms are updated with with wood floors so in the cold we would recommend socks or slippers. The bed was comfortable however they not have a thick quilt more like a tablecloth bedspread so Heat is definitely a requirement on those chilly nights. Unfortunately one of our parties notice a roach in their room. We did not make a big deal because we heard roaches were common in the area, but definitely keep that in mind for open containers or luggage. They offered a simple grab and go breakfast meaning package muffins fruit and coffee. Over All the state was pleasant if you are on a budget it's a great hotel to consider.

If your looking for a comfortable place to sleep and not so expensive this is it. I had some issues but whatever. I paid $45/night so no biggie my TV didn't work and the shower didn't drain. There was a ball of hair under the sheets as well. I had 2 beds so I slept on the other one, not before checking that one too. The heater was amazing because it was 20° outside so I was happy it worked. Now the sweat from the window did leak all over the floor. The beds were nice and comfortable (105) the TV did not work for the most part. There was like maybe ten watchable channels.

Clean and affordable. Comfortable bed. Nice shower with good water pressure. Felt very safe. Quiet surroundings, in church parking lot :) Staff was nice and cordial.

Only good for a night. Bed was literally like sleeping on a sofa bed. Just the mattress on top of a springy temporary bed kind of thing. The bed sheets was paper thin, pillows looked dirty and small. Couldn’t get a good night sleep whatsoever. You have to pay for the ice. I think there are better options around for the same price.

Nice, clean room. You can't beat the price! The chairs outside the room are a nice touch.
