They are located in the heart of pigeon forge. Super close to everything! Walking distance to a lot! The rooms were good, we don’t spend much time in the room while on vacation. They are putting in a lot of work to make your experience even better in future visit! The staff was so nice and friendly. Over all we will be back can’t wait to see the improvements they are making!

Upon booking online I was not told the property amenities were inoperable (which was my main reason for booking with them) until I checked-in.

Nice property. Before doing all the unnecessary updates the resort should have started with investing in new mattresses. This trip was our fourth time staying with Country Cascades and sadly will be our last. When you have a bad night due to not one but two queen mattresses in the room having collapsed coils then that just ruins a vacation. Told the lady at the desk and all she said was “sorry”.

The staff were all incredible, helpful, kind, and child-oriented. The facilities were phenomenal for families and you can’t beat the price. The daily activities were a top notch addition for free time between outings. Our kids had a blast and we were so impressed with the restaurants and shops on site. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back!

This is the first time I’ve been in a hotel that a room does not have sink in the bathroom and first time that I’ve been to a hotel that does not have a coffee machine and microwave in the room. This is suppose to be a place for family. Also they did not have indoor pool and the facility was under renovation which created such confusing with check in and check out. They also charge $50 for an early checkout. I feel like this hotel is money hungry and charged for every single thing! Will not be staying there at all,

This was the best place we have ever stayed for a kids trip! They made my kids feel so welcome and had a great time! The rooms were great too! We will be returning for sure!

Overall our stay was nice! But we had to check out early due to the weather and no one would refund us any of our money or offered anything to accommodate us for having to leave early.

Beds uncomfortable but overall great room, stay. Couldn't take advantage of all facilities. Cgecjed in 11:30, out 9:30.
