There was no water in the vending machines. They had a water fountain downstairs. The water pressure was not good, and I tried showering at 2 different times just to see if timing had anything to do with the pressure. It did not. Also, not hot enough water. The water was tepid at best.
Other than the lack of water in the machines and lack of hot water and low pressure, The staff were very pleasant, and the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The1st room that I was assigned was dirty with hair all over the floor and shower so after being on hold for 20 minutes with the front desk they asked me to come get the key for a different room. The 2nd room that I was sent to was actually already booked to someone else so I had to go back to the front desk to get a 3rd room key. The lady at the front desk made zero effort to apologize or offer any compensation. After about 15 more minutes of standing in the lobby with ALL my stuff, I was given a 3rd room key to "TRY'. It finally worked... The morning of check out, I went to the elevator to leave and it was "OUT OF ORDER"... As several elderly people were leaving at the same time, I felt it necessary to help them with their luggage being that it had to be carried down 3 flights of stairs... OVERALL---- I will NEVER book with this location again!

My spouse and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary and it was Awesome. The breakfast was good. Thank you to all. It was a great experience. Continued success.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and bedding definitely needs to be replaced. There were no sheets in my room for the sofa bed and when asked there weren’t any available. This is my last stay at any country inn property. Three times won’t be a charm for me.

Rich was amazing, friendly, accommodating, and informative. Nick was also great! We enjoyed our stay!

For country in and suites… this is a disappoin**ent. The room smelled of urine. The carpets was filthy. The bed skirt had some sort of substance on it. Yuck! Didn’t stick around for the breakfast.. just wanted out.

Mattresses need updated. Also a 300 dollar hold is a bit much. Breakfast items were pretty stale, dried out

The trip purpose was to visit and care for a family member in the hospital. The hotel provided a safe and convenient location at a reasonable price. All desk staff were incredibly helpful as I extended the stay again and again to adjust. Hira and the others were great! The breakfast was intentionally designed with healthy options, including a fresh omelette. I would stay here again.

Overall, it was a really good stay. The rooms may be old in some places but are taken good care of. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choices and variety during the two days we stayed in.
