The room was disgusting. Stained sheets, splattered walls, and a really dirty sitting chair. As soon as you walked in, it smelled of cat urine. I also killed a cockroach. I would never stay here again.

I checked in online payed online and they tried telling me I had to pay at desk because they couldn’t find where I used Travelocity after showing them the receipt where paid, then proceeded to tell me I had to leave a 50 dollar deposit to make sure I didn’t smoke in the room I don’t smoke would not recommend this place to anyone very bad service

It was ok, staff has much to desire when it comes to friendliness. Not to friendly at all but they grab that money quick.

Knights Inn - Peru - serves my needs well, which is why I choose it.
Rates are reasonable, room is clean and the guy at the desk is friendly.
The only problem I have is with the cable TV. Some channels are very soft while others are VERY LOUD.
The volume needs to be adjusted constantly. This has been a problem since I have been coming here for the past ten years.

I don’t even know where to begin. Staff was rude upon check in. The room was filthy. Stained sheets, dried blood on the walls. Chair in the room was filthy. TV didn’t work. Pillows smelled like stale old body odor. My dogs were even uncomfortable. They charge a $50 deposit on top of the pet fee and refund it after they do a walk through of the room. Really? My dogs could have done their business all over the room and it wouldn’t look any worse than what we walked into

I had a great 2 night stay. Clean and comfortable with a really great staff. The property does show some age but is perfectly acceptable. It is close to the hwy so noise was a bit of a concern but not terrible.

I made a cancellation of one room and requested a two queen bed bedroom and I got a king bedroom Not very comfortable

The place was clean, but, the service was slow and disrespectful. However, with the low$, I guess you get what you pay for.

The chair in the corner of the hotel was filthy. The mirror was broke off the wall, so I couldn’t shave by the sink.
