I am totally new to the idea of an impersonal experience. Never saw a sign of myne host. Weird - I thought this was the hospitality industry?? No complaints with the room or equipment - location was also great. Just need some human contact to make a complete experience.

Great location right in the centre and even though everything is handled remotely the communication and tips from the owners is excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Spotless hotel, perfect for families as we had room six and the bedroom was separate to the lounge area. Superb communication and speedy responses, great location and effortless digital check in. A lovely welcome to our Italian holiday!

Beyond five stars! The communication was fantastic , the room gorgeous and amazing. The check in process was so simple and easy. Loved the little piazza the hotel sits in. Extremely nice merchants. I actually wish I was staying here longer! Grazie Mille

This is in the perfect location. Right in the heart of everything yet on a quiet street. A few bars do open in the evening on the street which gets busy however, there is no noise in the room and we overlooked the street. Very rustic room, clean, comfortable bed and a decent shower. The breakfast left for in the morning is wrapped cakes. The coffee machine in our room had a mind of its on and just leaked the water but there are hot drink facilities outside the room in the hall way. Could do with a bit more milk left out though. Access when arriving is easy what ever time of day. You are sent a code which you use to access the door, find your room and your key will be in the door. Didn’t need to bother anyone. Over all would I stay here again? Absolutely! Fabulous stay. 100% recommended.

Enjoyed it. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast snacks included were a lovely touch. Staff were friendly, central area to be in. Walking distance of everything.

Stayed for one night en route to the airport next day. However we could not sleep due to the loud noise from bars right outside, which continued until 3am. Then noise from people shouting on their way home. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, breakfast was basic and hot water had to be fetched for drinks. We had asked for a quiet room but it was far from that, we would not return to this hotel.
