It was a good hotel. Quiet, convenient but not in the best area. Still, no safety issues just sketchy...

Good breakfast & clean room. Water from tub drains well too unlike other places I've stayed. Keep up the good work.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Scranton, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of remarkable. The true highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by Mani, a member of the hotel staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit. Throughout my stay, Mani consistently demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction. They were always available to answer any questions I had, whether it was regarding local attractions, dining recommendations, or simply ensuring that I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable, and their recommendations enhanced my overall experience in Scranton.

Great stay! Very clean room, bed was very comfortable, front desk staff was very nice upon check in! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we're in the area!

Bathroom fan didn’t turn off and was very loud. Could smell cigarette smoke in the room.
Room was not very clean.
Breakfast was good but coffee was very weak.

The room was a little worn and had an odd smell. Staff were nice. Not a great section of town, in the same plaza as Wal-Mart, but we had no incidents.

Tv most chanels didnt work. Air unit was loud. Room wasn't serviced for a day and nobody was at desk and i left not to clean room. I had to fix toilet so it would flush

Clean property. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Good breakfast options. Decent 24 hr. Coffee. Very small pool.
