The only reason I am even giving this one star is the property management was so nice and helpful. However, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. We were there for three nights and had to change our living quarters each day. The air conditioner was broken in the first two apartments, there were ants and cockroaches in the first one, ants in the other two. Someone had to Stay and wait each day for the repair person to take a look at the AC units. So we wasted two of the three days we had there. No refund or any type of compensation was offered for the inconvenience and wasted time. Also the shower curtains were covered in mold. Not recommend.

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at Easy Living Apartments in Placencia. We timed our visit with the annual Sidewalk Art Festival. Easy Living is located on the Sidewalk (world's narrowest main street), and our apartment overlooked the weekend festivities and quieter days with the occasional passersby. We loved sitting on our 2nd floor porch in the morning to listen to the birds and greet the day, and in the evenings to wind down. The apartment has a full kitchen, which made it easy for us to stay in or hop out for a bite. The two bedrooms were perfect for a quiet night's sleep for 2 of us.. The location cannot be beat! The 9&9 market is a 30-second walk, and restaurants, galleries, and artist shops are scattered in every direction. It was a two-minute walk to the pier and even less to the beach that was just beyond our neighboring buildings. The apt was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
