I would like to connect with the Manager of the property, my stay was great the staff In the lobby was professional and respectful, and everything was fine until this morning when I went to the restaurant the employee who was working that morning at 7:15 am, is disrespectful and rude and I will like to give you more details about my experience

Staffs are very friendly. It's really convenient to have restaurant/coffee shop in the same property. We enjoyed sledding and playing with the snow in the backyard.

Very basic room and not safe. Safety latch on door broken. Heater is very noisy and kept me up all night. Carpet mat at front door is damaged and corners so gets stuck under the door.
I woke up to ice in the toilet!. No coffee maker or microwave provided. There wasn't even a luggage rack for my suitcase!. Was told there was complimentary coffee in the office, but when I got tried to get a cup the office was locked even though the sign said open. Stay anywhere else!

Staff was helpful and the grounds were a perfect place for our littles to play in the snow! The back area behind the hotel was private and a perfect mini winter wonderland! Great deal for the price to get to the snow!

I like the staff, environment, great comfort food, and the feel of home and comfyiness when I spent time in the Sierra Woods lodge.
Thanks again for a couple of great days !

Friendly staff and convenient location to go skiing in sugar bowl. Squeaky clean, with restaurant on site, which serves hearty breakfast and dinner.

Sierra Woods Lodge was comfortable with a good/quiet room heater and great walk-in shower. The adjoining restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

It would be nice to have an EV charger on site. I’d love to go back but not having charger on site is a deal breaker. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is not good. The french fries didn’t look or tested fresh, meat was undercooked, and it looked like they didn’t know how to time the food so the family can eat together at THE SAME TIME.

The receptionists were very friendly, and the food in the Rustic Table was excellent and in a reasonable price range.
