We love this family run hotel, always a great welcome. They arrange our airport pickup and journey back. Always happy to help.the views of the beach, marina and mountains is wonderful and sitting under the trees in the evening with pretty lights above is mesmerising.

Just left the hotel after two weeks. We suggest it to you for many reasons, like the position in Plakias (at the middle of the bay), the special meals on the sea, the clean room (they cleaned it every day) and above all for the available and nice staff. Happy holidays!

Had to pay for the all too common chairs and umbrella hire on the beach so thought may as well order some drinks, had to go to the hotel to pay upfront, then they delivered drinks to the beach. Was only there for an hour. Would be good if chairs were complimentary with min drinks or food order.

NOUS AVONS PASSE UN TRES BON SEJOUR DANS CET HOTEL MALGRE UNE CHAMBRE NON CONFORME POUR LA PREMIERE NUIT.MAIS NOUS AVONS TROUVE UN ARRANGEMENT AVEC LE MANAGER. PERSONNEL TRES SEVIABLE ET SYMPATHIQUE CHAMBRE AU TOP ET TRES PROPRE PETIT DEJEUNER TRES CORRCT.SEJOUR DE 9 NUITS RIEN A REDIRE. L HOTEL EST BIEN SITUE POUR VISITER LE SECTEUR.

We went after we left from a place that we had a very bad experience and we found immediately room although the high season had started. Small but clean rooms, nice food, nice view, it didn’t have insects and it was very quiet and relaxing place with a good staff. I hoped we had come from the start of our vacation here.

We didn't stay overnight here, but truly enjoyed great meals and excellent service at the restaurant. The setting is lovely, with tables by the sea under a natural arbor provided by the trees. The waiters were friendly and professional. We tried pasta, seafood and meat dishes, and thought they were all delicious.

This is the second time my daughter and I have visited and again were not disappointed. We requested the same room as our last visit and to our delight that’s where the hotel allocated us. The management listen to what clients say and act on them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alianthos Beach and won’t hesitate on coming back. The rooms are spacious and beds clean and comfortable. Having meals beside the beach is a bonus.

We visited Plakias on an organised trip. We were in the town for lunch and on our guide’s recommendation, we took a table next to the beach and ordered lunch from the hotel’s restaurant. Service was slow. It took a while to take our order and the traditional Greek friendly service wasn’t much in evidence. Food was a little more expensive than some and the meat was a little tough. Worst of all, plates were not cleared when we finished. We sat for a very long time staring at the debris. We had ordered coffee but it never arrived so we went inside the hotel to pay the bill. There was some small panic and coffees were produced which we drank quickly at a table in the lobby. Sadly, one thing that never came was any sort of apology or recognition that it just hadn’t been good enough. We won’t be returning.
