Everything was great at Quality Inn in Plano-Dallas. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean, the decor was dated, but the room and breakfast buffet area was all clean. The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, cereals, oa**eal, juices, sliced bread, and jellies. Plus, the hotel is located next to several lunch and dinner restaurants.

No one came to clean room. Tried to get some from desk and they asked for the dirty ones first. After a short discussion, we were handed frayed towels. Old and worn out. The breakfast was a waffle maker, muffins, and a few others. Not a very big production. We probably won't stay there again.

It is quiet, beds are comfortable (firm). Room was good with lots if outlets for electronics. Breakfast was not the best. Eggs were cold and waffles were only half done. There were packaged muffins and cereal. Staff was polite, but not super friendly. The exit to the hotel is awkward from the expressway.

For an older facility, it had all the comfort. Great bed, shower, thermostat control, etc. Could not have been more happy with my one night stay.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are very clean, very large, with comfortable beds, and fitted with big screen upgraded TVs, a microwave ahd medium size fridge. Lots of shopping centers close by and great selection of restaurants in nearby Carrollton - all within a 10 minute drive.

We stay at the hotel often. The staff is very nice and the rooms are quiet. Good location tucked away from the rush of the city. They could add water as an option at the breakfast, this visit there was nothing but coffee to drink. Cold water is always appreciated. Also - bring your own coffee, theirs is weak.

There were no washcloths in the room when I arrived. Told the desk and received a supply.
One morning the elevator was broken, however it was fixed by the time I finished breakfast.
There was a rain and the area where I parked had standing water deep enough to come over my shoe.
I was surprised to find that there are no towel racks.in the bathroom.
The things that were good were the room, the staff, the location. I slept well all 4 nights. The bed and pillows were great. I do not recall ever sleeping so well away from home.
