Filoxenia Hotel Zakynthos

Hotel bardzo przyjemny i przede wszystkim czysty. Byłam we wrześniu, więc ludzi bardzo mało, można się zrelaksować nad basenem w ciszy. Co do jedzenia to nie mam zastrzeżeń, wszystko bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Najlepsze były kolacje gdyż codziennie prezentowali nam różne Greckie dania i nie tylko, przez co mieliśmy możliwość spróbować lokalnej kuchni ;) Lunch trochę mniejszy, wystawiony przy basenie co uważam i tak za plus bo w Grecji raczej nie je się większych posiłków w południe przez upał, ale jeśli ktoś jest głodny to na pewno się naje :) śniadania jako jedyne były niezmienne, lecz również bardzo smaczne, można było codziennie dobierać sobie coś innego (oprócz jajecznicy, która niestety była z proszku). Między posiłkami mamy do dyspozycji bar z różnymi napojami i alkoholem oraz lody i ciasta. Pokoje czyste, łazienki również, codziennie sprzątanie, co drugi dzień wymieniana pościel. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i miła, przestrzega obostrzeń i zwraca na to uwagę innym gościom. Lokalizacja uważam że jest świetna, chyba że ktoś nie lubi spacerów dłuższych niż 10 minut. Ma to swoje plusy, gdyż tak jak wyżej wspomniałam, jest cicho. Do plaży ok. 15minut spacerem przez turystyczne centrum. Hotel gwarantuje również bus na plażę jednak ani razu nie skorzystaliśmy z tej opcji. Bliżej mamy sklep oraz przystanek autobusowy do stolicy wyspy Zakynthos (cena biletu 1,60euro więc warto wybrac tę opcję zamiast taksówki:) ). Będziemy polecać każdemu i jeśli będzie możliwość, wpadniemy ponownie!

points positifs : la chambre, grande, literie correct, propre, avec balcon. l'hôtel se compose de 2 parties et 2 piscines. malgré la petite route l'hôtel est très calme. parking sous les arbres très pratique. personnel gentil comme le sont en général tous les grecs. à savoir : Pas de prêt de serviette, pas d animation. la mer 20 bonnes minutes à pieds. aéroport 15 min en voiture. hôtel un peu retiré du centre ville et donc assez isolé. gros points négatif.... le buffet. pour le matin OK, y a de tout quasiment, le midi le buffet est à prendre près de la piscine et se résume à 5m de table ! si vous avez l'habitude des all in espagnoles ça va vous faire tout drôle ! Le soir ça va quand même. mais c est pas non plus le top. Le snack est inexistant. 2 sortes de gâteau genre biscuit. bar.... pas de coca ni de pepsi. sous marque de soda genre river cola ! ca perso j avais jamais vu ! Pas de cocktail du tout même simple. alcool basic bien en dessous de la moyenne. gestes barrières OK même si ça nous gonfle tous lol. voilà j ai essayé d être le réglo vis à vis de mon commentaire. je termine juste en précisant que zante est une île magnifique. la plus belle des 5 que nous ayons faite... cela se paye sans doute aussi. bonnes vacances

Goede hygiene met dagelijkse kamer schoonmaak, grote zwembaden en voldoende ligbedden, makkelijk om te parkeren en prima ontbijt met voor ieder wat wils. Ook het personeel was vriendelijk. Wij hadden geen all inclusive omdat we overdag veel weg waren, niks aan gemist. Wel helaas wat verder weg van het centrum, was 20min lopen elke avond. Ook zijn de bedden heel hard.

Αν αυτό είναι ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων τότε εγώ είμαι αστροναύτης! Τα ΧΧΧ είναι κλάσης ανώτερα από αυτό το κατάλυμα…πρωινό απαράδεκτο （αυγά βραστά, αυγά τηγανητά, αυγά χτυπημένα, ομελέτα, ζαμπόν τυρί ψωμί）, η πισίνα παρατημένη, το δωμάτιο τραγικό με χανσαπλαστ στους τοίχους, Ίντερνετ πουθενά, το προσωπικό στον κόσμο του και αφιλόξενο…τσάμπα τα λεφτά! Και τσάμπα να μας το έδιναν δεν ξαναπηγαίναμε

First of all the good points. The room is fabulous although we did pay a lot extra for a superior room because we wanted a walk in shower. The hotel staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The pools are very clean. Now the bad points, the food is mostly Luke warm at best for all meals. There is no entertainment apart from a singer Sunday night. We had bingo one afternoon but it will cost 30 euros for 2 of you. The air conditioning is for certain hours and you have pay. Tourist tax was 77 euros and safes are 5 euros a day. Despite the good points would we come again, no we wouldn’t come here again. It’s isolated and definitely not suitable for disabled people due to steps or steep slopes

When you book a 3* hotel please do not expect 5* food and drinks. It is that simple, food good and there was always a choice. everything was fresh. You will not go hungry. All inclusive drinks are, local brands and fountain fizzy drinks / water so you will not dehydrate. Staff are all lovely and go above and beyond. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Kettle and fridge in the room. There are 2 pools with more than enough space (and sunbeds) for everyone. Transfer from airport is only about 15 minutes so location is good. 20 minute walk into town or there is a hotel bus to take you to the beach a few times daily. Occasional entertainment. If you are looking for all day and night entertainment, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for relaxation then give it a shot.

Quick check in. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed but they provided a cold plate which was in the fridge with a bottle of water. We had 1 cold plate between 2 of us which was mostly salad. Rooms were spacious. There was a fridge and kettle as well as a safe which I think you had to pay extra for. There are 2 pools. No issues with getting sunbeds although the tradition of reserving these with towels still continues. Restaurant was OK with a varied selection so you will not starve. Bars served local drinks. If you want anything else there is a cost. Staff were all lovely. Entertainment basic. 20 minute walk along the road will take you into the town with loads of bars, restaurants and the usual tourist shops. All in all we had a relaxed week and would return.

The hotel was beautiful. Nice big room that was spotlessly clean . Staff were friendly and pool and grounds were well maintained. The food was disgusting and mainly cold with no variety at all .eat out for every meal. No entertainment. Rubbish

Reception and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless and spacious. Towels are changed daily. Room has hairdryer and iron can be requested from reception at no charge. Food in dining room is adequate. But it doesn’t stay warm long enough to eat at times. Plenty of fruit and deserts. We were all inclusive. This resort felt remote, though Free mini bus to beach twice a day and back. 15/20 min walk to the shops/bars/restaurants. Night time entertainment starts at 9.30pm but only 3 times in a week. Quiz and games 2/3 afternoons. Not a lot to keep us entertained. Bring cards or games. The 2 pools were both accessible and clean. We didn’t have much sun unfortunately and every night was quite cold. Everyone was wearing trousers and hoodies/jackets. Enjoyed our stay. It is as star-rated. 3
