We had the opportunity to spend our vacation at the RV Hotels Nautic Park hotel. Very nice hotel, located close to the center. Walk to the beautiful beach takes about 10-15 minutes. Rooms very large, clean, air-conditioned, cleaned daily with towels changed. All the staff very kind friendly and always available to help. A very large canteen, fully air-conditioned, many tables, even with a large number of guests, there was no problem finding a place. Food very tasty, you could always compose a different meal. Lots of sun loungers by the pool. During our stay, we had the opportunity to participate in the San Juan Festival. The entire staff made a great effort to ensure that we could participate in a great fun. The area around the pool is decorated with colorful lights and lanterns. Beautifully prepared tables were waiting for hotel guests so that we could taste the specialties of Spanish cuisine while listening to music. We also enjoyed the evening learning Salsa. In these difficult times for tourism and hospitality, we would like to thank all the staff for their commitment, professionalism, smile and kindness. We are very pleased.

Horrible, tout est négatif à part la grandeur des chambres. Le pire hôtel de ma vie où j'ai séjourné Tout est bas de gamme depuis l'infrastructure, le mobilier la cuisine. A déconseiller fortement. C'est un hôtel du tiers monde.Les personnes qui gèrent cet hôtel sont des amateurs et devraient se recycler dans autre chose.

Mal servicio de personal y al lado de una discoteca. No se puede dormir por la noche. Vas a descansar y no descansas. Entre los colchones horrorosos de incómodos y el jaleo de la discoteca de enfrente HORROROSO.

Alors que la troisieme personne etait enregistree ayant 18 ans
Serviettes de toillettes usees certaines meme sales
Menage fait a la va vite
Chambre sale et poussiereuse
Peintures a refaire
Salle de bains : joints tres sals et faince cassee dans la douche
Hotel tres mal entretenu
Aucune deco
Ne merite pas 4 etoiles
Je ne le recommanderai pas .

Hôtel à l’écart de la ville et de la plage dans le centre commercial, sofa de la suite qui est utilisé pour la 3 ieme personne est peu confortable Hôtel servant de camp de base pour les ados en colonie , repas en buffet de piètre qualité , de même que le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles , le hall d’entrée est grand et un peu m’as tu vu !! à réserver quand il n’y a pas de place ailleurs ou que le budget est serré Garage en sous sol

Nous sommes loin d 1 hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambre relativement propre mais de nombreuses tâches sur les murs subsistent, moisissures dans la salle de bain, mobilier abîmé. Service en piscine inexistant avec 1 "suzana " qui ne sourit jamais.. La salle de sport est hors service depuis longtemps, la piscine est peu entretenue avec gobelets et cannettes depuis plusieurs jours. Parking facturé 10€/jour mais toujours ouvert, mini coffre de chambre facturé 10€/jour!!! En revanche le personnel réception et celui du restaurant sont à l écoute du client. La direction invisible et inexistante malgré des griefs quotidiens de clients.. Bref une expérience décevante. C est plus un hôtel pour groupes qu un hôtel de vacances.

Llegamos al hotel y sin duda el trato (Teo) ha sido espectacular. Rápido, conciso y eficiente. Una vez llegamos a la habitación, después de un largo rato de espera por que tiene dos ascensores para subir a las habitaciones, bastante corto en mi opinion, estaba refrigerada con A/A. Bien, por que hacía muchísima calor, igual algo excesivo por que estaba a 20 grados. Por otra parte, la habitación estaba bien. Limpia y ordenada, el colchón es de muelles… un desastre e incómoda a más no poder. El chico de bar, jovencito rubio, muy amable también. Precios adecuados. En la piscina había un grupo de niños que iban de colonias o stage, un poco ruidosos… pero bueno, es una piscina. No podemos pedir mucho. En las habitaciones, silencio absoluto. El desayunos… pues, le faltan etiquetas para identificar los alimentos, alérgenos… entre otra información que queramos dar. Un poco de más orden, el buffet está un poco sin sentido, mezclado, hay cosas sin refrigerar como la leches vegetales que están con la fruta. Check out rápido y noche tranquila.

Salle de bain mal nettoyée(Presence de cheveux et poussiere).
Odeur de tabac froid.
Il restait une bouteille d'eau entamee dans le mini bar qui d'ailleurs n'est qu'un simple frigo vide.
Personnel peu aimable à l'exception de l'accueil.
Au petit dejeuner les assiettes et les verres etaient sales!!
Le jus d'orange imbuvable et le café limite.
